I’ve been going to skin clinics and dermatologists about my skin concerns for years, and I’ve never learned as much about my skin in this time as I did in my consult with Loren. The dermal imaging device Loren uses to assess your skin is a complete game-changer for me, because I know what I’m starting with and will be able to accurately measure my skins progress as I work with Loren to address my concerns.
Not only was the way Loren took me through the dermal imaging results really insightful, it also tied into the skin care journey plan she created specifically for me. Instead of just telling me that I need a certain product or treatment, the plan clearly stepped out each stage of my skin journey, what we are trying to achieve during each, and how it all gets me to the results I want.
After my consult and skin imaging Loren recommended an enzyme peel, which was so relaxing and gave me an instantly brightened and glowy look. Aftercare instructions were also provided in person and then emailed to me directly so I can keep on track and maximise my results.
Finally, the products - wow! iS Clinical is incredible. I’ve only been using x2 of these products, recommended by Loren and not only do they feel beautiful on the skin as you apply them, I can already see and feel the difference they are making. Loren also did a full review of my current skincare products and worked with me to create a skincare routine that allows me to keep using some of my current products, while slowly introducing products from the iS Clinical range - this was so helpful and not something that I’ve experienced before (normally you get told that everything you’re currently using is wrong and you need to buy one of every product that the bigger chain skin clinics have).
The knowledgeable and completely personalised treatment I got at The Dermal Clinic will make me a regular client there. If you’re a skincare junkie, or want to start getting to know your skin and how you can care for it, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else - Loren had answers for all of my questions and you could tell that she could talk about skin care and clinical treatments all day long because she’s so passionate about it.
10/10 would recommend - I’ll never go back to a chain skincare clinic again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, I’m so impressed! I’ve started some lazor treatments on my face to try and improve the health of my skin and hopefully reverse some of the sun damage I’ve caused over the years.
Well after my first session it did not disappoint! I have a healthy glow and can definitely see 100% improvement in my skin tone, texture and appearance already! At 53 yrs old, with very sensitive skin -that’s saying something!
Loren you are so knowledgeable and knew exactly what my skin needed -showing me layer by layer what’s really going on, on and beneath the surface! Your lovely gentle approach made me instantly feel relaxed and comfortable. I feel like I’m finally investing in myself and I can’t wait for more visits and amazing treatments with you.

Had Loren do a consult and hydrofacial treatment a couple of days ago in her new clinic.
Lovely setup space, Loren has a wealth of knowledge, and showed me how destroyed my skin is from being a mechanic and neglecting my skin.
Never had any skin treatments done before but the hydro facial machine/ experience with the booster thingy was pretty awesome. My skin feels amazing 11/10 would recommend.
I've now also got some really nice products and an easy skincare routine.

I want to thank Loren my excellent service I had today. I had the pleasure of having the deluxe hydra facial with the eye perk add on today. Loren went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. My skin has always been be dull and since having my baby I have experienced puffing under my eyes and uneven texture to my cheeks. After the facial my skin glowed and was soooo soft. I even got a complimentary take home under eye roller to help me maintain my glow. I would highly recommend Loren and the Dermal Clinic for anyone who needs a little glow in their life or just a up for bit of pamper and me time.

You really made me feel very comfortable and relaxed with your patience, knowledge and understanding.
You listened to my skin concerns (sun damaged, scarred, hypersensitive) and applied your beautiful hypo-allergenic products with wonderful results.
My skin felt and looked so clean after the hydra facial treatment - the lip perk add on was ideal for the fine lines around my mouth as well.
..... still can't believe that l can actually have a facial now, with no fear of a skin reaction, thanks again.
