Great Spa experience. The only downside is the condition of the indoor jacuzzi. The water was not as clean as expected from a luxury Spa, and the walls were moulded. The staff are great, welcoming and respectful.

Really lovely spa, friendly and welcoming staff. Greeted really nicely with a welcome drink and shown around the facilities. Hot tub lovely and hot, massage was one of the best I’ve had. Roof top pool and hot jacuzzi was a bonus. Great facilities and complimentary products to use after showering. The only thing that let it down was that the showers were cold, which wasn’t the most ideal way to end such a relaxing day.

This is a beautiful spa. Smells incredible, the service is wonderful and the facilities are great. The pool area is sufficient, but not ideal on a rainy day which is usually the time I’ve gone. Worth noting, food can’t be ordered direct to the spa, will need to have in the pool area and orders stop around 4:30. It’s a splurge, but worth it!

Gifted a voucher for my birthday. Did a 90minute treatment. Usually these treatments feel so quick, but today felt perfect. My therapist was Kesh. She was AMAZING! Her pressure was consistent, her interchanges were seamless and the spa was very clean. Received a nice hot ginger tea and some nibbles at the end. Perfect! I’ll be back!

Unprofessional & incompetent. My brother bought me a gift voucher to go. The process to get the actual gift voucher card number was absurd requiring an invasive amount of private information for me to even be able to load the card up. Then i book my session over the phone so that I could schedule it around my meetings & even added on an additional treatment. I arrive at 1215pm which it the time i was told over the phone, unbeknownst to me the woman on the phone had booked me at 1pm without advising, the confirmation email went to junk mail. I arrive to be told my booking is at 1pm. Then the manager proceeds to argue with me an insinuate i was lying by saying it was for 1215pm, I know for a fact it was not as I had afternoon meetings scheduled & confirmed the time yesterday. She continued to argue with me in front of other customers before I was fed up & demanded a full refund. You want to go to a day spa to relax not to be stressed out even more my incompetent staff. Will never ever go to this spa - The Crown is the only hotel one i'd ever consider in future. Waste of time and money this place was, and unnecessary stress as well.

DEFINITELY DARLING!

The Darling Spa located at The Darling Hotel at The Star is ? the darling of Sydney spa experiences i’ve had thus far….

Darling staff. Darling service. Darling experience.

Booked in 3 x services for 3 pax , two services in the morning and one in the afternoon which meant we were able to use the facilities - gym, pool, jacuzzi/spa, steam room all day inclusive of the booking were snacks, fruit, tea and a complementary drink by the pool along with zen lounge and tea room to sit, chill, relax, nap or simply just zone out.

All treatments and staff were well practised, welcoming, friendly and professional. Facilities were clean and well maintained except the hammam which was closed for maintenance during our visit but we won’t hold it against you darling! given it was a bonus too.

Special mentions to Stephanie, James and Nonny (apologies if spelling is wrong) for personally providing a great all round service.

If someone wants enjoy quieter time then !this is relax place.
I sometimes visit here over crown spa they are similar price for trament, but here less people. Nice hot ginger tea after treatment done.

Note Steam room not hot enough maybe next time I inform staff prior to enjoy for use of the steam room.

60 min couple spa and massage.
Whilst the massage was great. The spa was no bigger than the bath I have at home. In fact. My bath at home is bigger and better.
DO NOT WASTE your money on the “couple spa” honestly the biggest let down ever. What a waste of money $600 for both, Obviously I was prepared and ok to pay that but what we got (once again the massage part was not to be faulted) was very disappointing to say the least.
