Luxurious and beautifully appointed room. Staff were friendly and remembered me from previous orders. However, limited late-night dining options were inconvenient with children. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Best hotel in Gold Coast, the service is very good. We are living in a family room with two bed rooms. Each room is very big with a bath tub and individual toilet. There is a big living room and a big dining table. The price is not cheap. But the quality is worth it. The mattress is so comfortable.

This is a five star hotel

Because we were visiting clients on the Gold Coast, we chose to drive to the Gold Coast

When we arrived at The Darling to check in, we went to the parking lot first, and The Darling's service was very good.
Help us park the car at the parking lot

And when I finished checking in, I couldn't wait to get to my room on the 16th floor.

As soon as I opened the door to the room, I really felt that the fatigue of the whole day was gone. What a great room this is! ! !

Probably the best room I have ever stayed in since I was born! ! !

The living room, room, bathroom, shower bath, balcony... all have their own space... The room is definitely a 6-star standard!

I really like it and recommend it to everyone. If you travel to the Gold Coast with your family or friends, you might as well stay at The Darling and let them help you make your trip the best it can be.

Going to the best hotel can definitely make us grow physically, mentally and spiritually, and then we will have more energy after the vacation to work hard for our next vacation and trip💪

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Darling Hotel Gold Coast with the Family in their Stellar Suite. The staff's exceptional service truly stood out, making our experience unforgettable. The room was immaculate, offering a luxurious and comfortable stay. A great view of the ocean from our room. A five-star experience all around. Highly recommend!

My friend and I decided to treat ourselves and stay at The Darling. We make it a point to make the most of any situation. While we did love the room, on the one night we wanted to rest, order room service, and watch TV we thought paying $1112 per night we would have a functioning large screen television. This was not the case. Staff were unable to fix the issue and offered a King Room with a single roll out as a swap over at 9pm. The room service was below average with very minimal selection. We wanted to have a cocktail on the 19th floor and enjoy the view, the one nice cocktail bar was unavailable as it is reserved for the restaurant only, trying to get a booking in the restaurant was impossible, we were ushered by a staff member to the loud busy night club. While check in staff were friendly, the lady spoke so softly we could not hear or understand what she was saying. The staff servicing the rooms were very lovely. My recommendation would be, save your coin and stay somewhere more accommodating, newer and one with better amenities. This is what we will be doing when next visiting the Coast.

after more than 7 years, it my 4th time here in Gold Coast but my first ever stay at the Darling.
The hotel is situated at the heart of Gold Coast, a few meters away from the water, shopping centers, food district and access to other endless possibilities while you are in Gold Coast.

A friendly staff greeted me as I walked in the hotel. I had the easiest and quickest hotel booking ever! Got the best room deal and had the best view from the balcony.

A luxurious hotel room with a bath tub.. great escape of my normal everyday life. The hotel also has a beautiful pool, one can relax under the sun on their large day bed. High end equipment at the gym. The Darling also has fancy restaurants to budget friendly restaurants in the hotel and casino. A large theater is also within the hotel vicinity, who wants to go out when everything is just a few minutes walk..

I believe this is the best hotel stay ever! The receptionist were so accommodating, requested for extra supplies like shampoo and body wash (hair too long and hotel shampoo wasn’t enough but the staff accommodated my request and deliveries the supplies in less than 20 minutes.

Thank you so much to all the staff here at The Darling. You all made my short holiday so memorable. I have send photos and videos to my sister and friends, we will definitely be back soon.

This is indeed a world class hotel accommodation and service. Something that Gold Coast should be proud of.
