Offering pet friendly rooms is fantastic! The family pet room is a standard motel type room so no kitchenette, but the room was really clean and very comfortable, arriving with the air con on low was nice. The staff were lovely and the owner made us cappuccinos for free. They got us soy milk for breakfast the next day! The buffet breakfast was better than expected too, the kids got a range of pastries, cereals, toast, and ham, cheese, tomato toasties. The pool area was great and we are all looking forward to our return trip stay this Friday night! Warm welcoming vibe. Thank you ?

Our room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a very enjoyable stay together with our toy poodle. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was excellent with an easy 2.5km walk the beach just across the road. We will definitely be back in the future. I would highly recommend this resort.

We love this place, having stayed here several times to break up the journey from Sydney to northern NSW. The vibe is Cuban style tropical with palm trees, lots of colour and a cute pool surrounded by lovely gardens, lawns and a pond with ducks and other native birds. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and they welcome dogs. Breakfast is really good and the staff and service are great. Unfortunately Hemmingways restaurant - which we have found in the past to be excellent - was not open on this visit. We hope they find a new chef soon! Nambucca is a beautiful spot with lovely beaches, nature, dog walks and golf very close to the hotel.

Good Clean, and confortable, I like the king bed and the whole setting very nice, very good adjustable shower head. The free Continental breakfast is really good. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Not knowing what time I would arrive in Nambucca Heads, I walked in no booking and was accommodated without any issue at the booking directly rate. Reception 6pm-7:30am. I recommend this hotel.

Decent stay on the way from Sydney to Brisbane. Not too far in from the M1. Rooms are renovated, and feature wood floors. Service was excellent and welcoming. My only complaint would be to in future, renovate the toilet and shower, as they are a bit outdated. Overall, would recommend for a quick overnight stay.

The check in was good and the location was fantastic with easy walk along the boardwalk to to view the river as you walk into town. The room was large, clean and well appointed. The bathroom was very clean and the water super hot. A disappointment was the restaurant was closed but there are so many services in town that this did not prove a problem. Another bonus is that this hotel is prepared for pets, providing a blanket for pets so that the sofa and bed are not left with hair traces.

Perfect place to stay, the service from the staff is above and beyond, great location, rooms are clean, tidy and we needed a microwave and they got us one. They accommodate to anything we needed to make our stay very pleasant especially as it was our wedding.
Definitely will be coming back again and all our family and friends who stayed there as well were very happy.
