Great resort, open and spacious with a massive pool. They also have a snooker table and a huge kitchen. This was booked as a wedding venue for one of my friends.

Maintenance however is lacking, weeds overgrown and you can see the columns in the house has shifted.

Otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Thank you so much for a fabulous weekend! The property was huge! Pool was amazing to entertain with girlfriends! With so many great features: tennis court, karaoke, pool table and an amazing kitchen to cook in!!! We didn’t need to leave at all everything was there!

This place is enormous and elegant. Wonderful place for weddings or large group gatherings. Lots of space and activities to keep you happy and busy. There was swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, pianola and billiards. Would definitely recommend ! ! !

The place is huge! A walk in wardrobe bigger than an apartment. Loved the karaoke/TV room. Has all you need really. If you've got a special occasion then it's worth booking

Photos are not recent, at best guess, they are from 2012 when the property was listed for sale. The property is not maintained or professionally cleaned. Very disappointed for $1500 a night to find broken fixtures, empty bottles left from previous guests, appliances and accessories not working, spa out of service, coffee machine broken, dirty, leaking plumbing fixtures, stains on bedding and carpets. Sadly, a huge property requires real care and maintenance, and it shows that this has not been happening here. It's very tired and run down with all kinds of issues and stuff left laying around and in cupboards. Generally, a lack of care and attention on the owners part has really let this property down. Add to that, the arrogant and dismissive attitude of the "host" we were left with no alternative than to pursue a full refund after involving AirBnB, NSW fair trading and Central Coast Council. As a footnote, the property is not registered as a public accommodation location with local council, nor is it remotely COVID-19 safe due to the total lack of cleaning and hygiene.
