Everything about this cafe was pretty and perfect. It has seating inside and out the front as well as a large shady garden courtyard area with tables for kids and a chalkboard! There is also a toilet outside in the courtyard at the rear which is clean and comfortable.

From the extensive menu options I ordered an open melt which was freshly made with your choice of toppings and beautifully presented with a thickshake made the old fashioned way - very thick and served in the metal cup - worth coming here just for that! My meal was wholesome and filling.

Before I left I bought a piece of hazelnut slice and one of chocolate cheesecake because I had trouble deciding from all the treats on offer😋 I bought these to take away with a homemade meal of rissoles in gravy with mash potato and vegetables to reheat for my dinner later.
I am pleased I went there - it was just delicious and delightful.

The service is excellent and the whole experience made me want to return here next time I visit Inverell 😊 and tell all my friends to go there! What a lovely town and a lovely cafe for coffee and so much more!

Definitely lives up to its name as far as courtyard, which was delightful and yes the food was good old homemade fair, very yummy and reasonably priced and they make a mean coffee too! The girls were absolutely lovely, would highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Delightful cafe ( breakfast / lunch spot ) unassuming front and pretty standard sandwich shop, but peaceful courtyard is prime. Nice and cool under the shade cloth and Little birds came to visit. Very wise sit down menu. Cannot recommend enough.

Very weak coffee unfortunately so our coffee was nothing more than hot milk. Wouldn’t recommend for coffee.
