A surprisingly pleasant training complex. The grounds and facilities are pretty well maintained and clean. Even most of the training rooms. Some could do with a little life and better desks but fully functioning all the same. The wifi situation could be better in some of the more remote training rooms. The cafe on site is very handy

Ridiculous refund policy, I incurred a full cancellation fee only due to the fact I didn’t provide enough notice to cancel my course, $330 gone and I had none of their services provided. The amount refunded for a cancellation is determined by the time of notice provided, so in other words, there’s no way of knowing your refund amount until AFTER you cancel, which mine just so happened to be ZERO, go figure right? Beyond livid.

Good course, learnt the basics I did not know before, so now when I do the next size truck crane for my high risk licence, I have a much better understanding or safety, and industry terminalogy. Trainer was to the point and covered lots of info, keeping us focused. I will be back, thank you.

We have been working with CTC for the past two years. Their training facilities are world class and the team are extremely helpful and easy to get along with. If you're looking for training space, either short or long term, we'd highly recommend CTC!

I had Chris for my standard s11 training this week and I have to say, I normally only really learn by hands on Experience and Chris has a unique teaching style I found very benificial to me.
Not everyone is the same of corse but he puts you In the situation and his perspective of reality is a reflection of his Experience!
Don't retire yet mate!!
