I stopped here for a quick bite to eat, ordering a flat-white coffee, a Spinach and Cheese Filo, and a small Orange Almond Cake. The staff were pleasant, and efficient. The dining area was clean and tidy.

The coffee arrived first, not too hot and not too strong, ideal for quick consumption. The Orange Almond Cake was next, it was quite moist, and very flavourful. Lastly, the Spinach and Cheese Filo. It had been thouroughly heated, the filo pastry was nice and crispy, the filling was quite smooth, with a good cheese to spinach ratio. Overall, a nice quick lunch.

Was a little reluctant to eat here because it's in the middle of a sometimes crowded walkway. However when you're there you don't really notice too much. The guy serving at the register was very nice and friendly. The food prices are value for money also. The food tastes great and the hot chocolate was just right. Will definitely come back.

I like when you when you always order a 3/4 Cappuccino like my wife did, but instead they bring you a 3/4 full cup of a cappuccino which is actually stronger than a normal cap. Then you politely say I'm so sorry I think I got the wrong coffee as I ordered a 3/4 strength. And the Staff member instantly gets angry and argues "no that's not what you asked for" is just sad. Everyone at the table is like confused as they all saw what was ordered. That female staff member is always rude to others yet all the other staff a great. You need to do better.

We came here for breakfast and coffee ordered our breakfast very disappointed on the service this morning we waited quite awhile for our breakfast meal to come out the guy came out and ask to take our number and I said still waiting for food when the food arrived it was cold and the eggs were hard spouse to be poached but hard as worse breakfast ever and we come here quite a lot

Those who enjoy a very bitter and strong flavoured coffee will like the coffee this Emporium franchise serves. This is very much not to my liking as I prefer a rich smooth coffee. I’d also comment that the coffee on all occasions is presented in a very ordinary way with no froth pattern nor any chocolate or biscuits like lots of cafes do. The service isn’t very fast and in my view underwhelming. If you prefer tea there is not much to choose from either. I’d only recommend this place to those who I know love their coffee bitter and strong

Placed an easy order, avocado on toast, bacon and eggs + 2 juices. After 15 min I received the avocado on toast. 5 min after that the Bacon and eggs turned up (Cold) plus we had to mention the 2 juices that didn't turn up. I use to regular here during the day, but service and food has been a bit disappointing, sorry but I would not recommend. Not good value for $50.
