We decided to go for brunch here. Customer service was appalling. You can’t even email or call to book as both means are invalid to contact them. I am waiting to order and not one person at the counter pays attention to me. I am there waiting 2-3 minutes to get a table. The food takes forever to come out. By that, I mean, for four people, it took about 35 minutes to an hour to bring out food when we all ordered at the same time. I ordered an Iced Matcha Frappe. I was disappointed that it came in a takeaway cup. I did say I was dining in. I also ordered a Salmon on Sourdough. Everything was fine, except that the sourdough was very tough to cut down into with my knife. I was not impressed.
It is better off money wise just to spend my $30 worth upstairs at Vine and Grind.

Emporium Coffee is hands down the best place in town! The service is unbelievably fast both food and coffee were served shortly.The staff is incredibly polite and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. ☺️☺️The ambience is perfect for relaxing or getting some work done all around the westfield. Truly the bestest spot for coffee and food lovers. The avocado 🥑toast was so fresh and tasty with a lot of toppings made my day ❤️❤️🥰 thank you guys ✌️✌️ Cheers

Very Disappointing Experience

I recently visited this coffee place with a heavily pregnant friend who needed to test her sugar levels before ordering. To our shock, the so called owner was incredibly disrespectful and asked us to leave before getting the chance to even place our order..This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially towards a pregnant woman prioritizing her health. We felt flat out disrespected and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place. There are plenty of other establishments that treat customers with respect and kindness.
I'm disappointed that the owner could treat us with such disrespect especially towards 3 Women and one child

I tried the Twix frappe at this cafe and i would highly like to recommend this drink as the combination of choclate with frappe is ansolutely delightful.Staffs are also really friendly and the drinks are expertly prepared.If you are a fan of Twix candy then its definitely worth trying .Loved it

I was very exited to have breakfast but service was poor by staff name (Sonia)very rude no customer service. I order coffee and scramble eggs with toast. Coffee was cold. Toast was cold looks like was sitting there, egg cold and was not scrambling. When I asked staff Sonia was advised complaint to owner and he is not here. I won’t give that food to my dog it was that bad. Then telling me go complain to boss. This is how we offer

Coffee is good, however, I was really disturbed during my visit. What i suspect was the owner and a few others were having a very loud conversation filled with what sounded like racist remarks. Even if it was a private discussion, it was impossible not to hear. It made me feel really uncomfortable, and I won’t be coming back.

Stopped here for a morning take away latte. Had skim milk instead of normal full cream. That is probably why the latte didn't taste so good. Owner guy was a bit grumpy, but barista staff were lovely and smiley. Normal than longer wait, as cafe was busy. Love the cups 😃 very stylish. Thank you 🙏🏻 .

Early morning is best to get a seat. The meals are lovely and well presented. The coffees are lovely with a good blend. The Mocka was also good with nice dark chocolate.
