Every time I go to coffee club I always get the corn and zucchini fritters. They are so fresh and with the tomato chutney so moreish.

My husband had his usual eggs Bennie with bacon and it did not disappoint. The coffee was also made very well so a big thumbs up to the Barista who works a Friday morning.

Easily accessible being in the center of the mall, I have had coffee here twice and both coffee orders ( Latte and Macchiato) were ok. But the accessibility and location does have a downside, there is too much ambient noise that sometimes it can be distracting.
The service crew though were polite and friendly, always ready to return a smile.

Visited on 10th September. Ordered a classic chicken parmigiana. Not bad, however in my opinion there was too much of the sauce, making it feel a little soupy and soggy, and the coleslaw seems rather bland, would be better as a side salad rather than slaw, which also had too much sauce in my opinion. Very filling meal. However, chips were perfect. However, if you have a small stomach, I wouldn't recommend it. Despite not having breakfast, I was struggling to finish. Overall, the service is lovely, very polite staff, that are only doing their best.

We were keen to try the Sizzler toast but it came out burned and even the flat grill we had was over done. It's disappointing that the staff couldn't see that it was over cooked and still brought it out to us.

The front cashier was a bit sour. Food ordered for two people came to just over $58 which wasn't too bad. The food however was terrible. Ordered nachos pulled beef and a calamari dish. The nachos came out with burnt cheese, very little pulled beef, the avocado was not smooth, in fact there was a solid piece under the small amount of smashed avo, the whole dish was dry and tasteless. I took two bites before returning it to the counter telling a staff member how bad the dish was and how unsatisfied I was with having to pay good money for a horrible meal. The calamari that my daughter ordered was dry and very chewy. The only thing edible on the plate were the chips and some salad. The calami was left on the side of the plate. To be charged the amount that was paid and to be served such bad meals is a disgrace. The staff member I spoke to was apologetic and asked what table we were sitting at. I would have thought a manager or someone would have come and spoken to me about the meals, but no one. You need to do better Coffee Club. Won't be going back nor recommending this place to anyone.

I recently visited The Coffe Club Chermside and was extremely disappointed, especially with the chicken burger. For a $21 burger, I expected quality ingredients, but this one was a disaster. The chicken was overly salty and tasted old, lacking the freshness you'd expect. It didn't even come with tomatoes, and the portion was unsatisfactory – just a thick, oily, crispy layer with barely any real chicken breast. Honestly, a $5 KFC Zinger burger is better in comparison.

The fish and chips with salad were okay, but the fish wasn't crispy and had the same over-salted issue.

As a regular customer who values quality and consistency, this visit fell way below my expectations. This location needs to step up and maintain both the quality and quantity of their meals.

Convenient location and reasonably priced. The service was good, but the food was terrible. Worst nachos I ever had, and my wife's club Sandwich was not much better.
