It seems that table service doesn't apply if you sit down on the chairs outside, except they don't bother to tell you. After trying to attract waitresses attention, something they have learned to ignore, I was finally directed to a small sign stuck on the window informing table service is not provided to outside customers. Why not? We're still expected to pay the same prices. And why not put the "B" sign on each table where one can

see it straight away, instead of studiously avoiding eye contact?
You just lost a regular customer Coffee Club, gets too noisy inside anyway these days with all those hard easy clean surfaces

Just sat and waited over 30 mins for a coffee and a piece toast which I asked to be dine in to be given cold soggy toast and a take away cup of coffee that was cold. No sorry we had your order wrong just shoved the container on the table and walked away. That only I asked how far away my coffee was . Worst service would not recommend at all

Jessie is exceptionally delightful. So welcoming and friendly. Truly made my morning! The lovely lady on the coffee machine was great too. And she makes a great coffee!

I was here for lunch on the 30th of August 2024 food is good. I am not willing to wait 20 minutes for a toasted sandwich with fries/chips, milkshake was much better in wait (4-5 minutes) I know for a fact it doesn’t take basically 20 minutes to make a toasted sandwich with fries/chips. Was hot (not too hot) when came out (therefore didn’t even make the food before the 15 minute mark) some were overcooked but some not. I expected a more fancy toasted sandwich and fries/chips with the 20 minute wait. Looks like something that should come out within 10 minutes. Needs improvement (looks okay) (tastes good, expected better due to HIGH 20 minute wait) (overall it’s mid at best) (good food doesn’t take too long as i have been to better 4-5 star places for shorter waits and better food)

It wasn't too busy for a midday service. Plenty of seating inside and out. I ordered a chicken, sweet potato & pesto flat grill with a side of sweet potato wedges. A banoffee drink as well. Service was quick and the food was great. The side salad was cold and had tangy dressing on it. The wedges were hot, crunchy, fluffy and salty and the flat grill was flavorful.
10/10.
The drink was a perfect mixture of banana and caramel and ice cold too. 10/10

Absolutely disgusting.
Waited 45 minutes for two plates of breakfast only for them to come STONE COLD. Sent them back, waited another 15 minutes for new plates to come back barely lukewarm. The “chef” in the kitchen responded to the complaint with a “what this time” we arrived at 9am. There would be lucky if there was 12 other customers and atleast 2 other tables complained about the cold food. Kitchen was ringing bell for food delivery while one staff member stood at a till doing nothing.

I’d suggest hiring competent staff. And invest in warming lamps

Only positive experience was the lovely lady who greeted us and took our order.

Coffee teaspoon came with a piece of bonus dishwasher cabbage, and the fritters were bland and looked like they’d been microwaved. Poached egg was runny, so that’s something going for them

I ordered both today and yesterday from this store because I have been really unwell and unable to cook for myself all week. I am so overwhelmed with how wonderful the service has been that I had to leave a review to tell everyone else! Also, the food is always amazing from any Coffee Club I visit and is always as expected, if not better.

Sometimes I write notes on my Uber Eats orders requesting food to be cooked/packaged a certain way because I can be a little picky; although grateful even if those requests are not met, of course. This team adhered to each request but also went out of their way to write me a handwritten note yesterday and then today, they gave me a free dessert and wished me well in my recovery! What a lovely suprise! Pictures attached.

I have always worked in customer service and know how hard it can be yet this team exceeded my expectations ten fold and definitely deserve a raise! Seeing as I can't give them that, I'll give them praise. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the TCC Riverlink Cinemas Team - you've made my whole week and I appreciate you all so much! Please continue to spread positivity and kindness as you are! You are all so wonderful! I hope your 2021 holiday season is a joyous one! Thanks again!
