I’ve been here twice and was extremely impressed both times. Food was fresh, fast, well portioned and delicious both times. Staff are lovely and attentive and even come around to make sure you’re enjoying your meal and clear away your dirty dishes.

Took my parents here for lunch today 22/12/22 and it was absolutely amazing. Mum had the calamari, dad had the Whiting and I had the cauliflower and avocado salad with calamari. All the meals were very generous and great for the price. Everything was perfect. The 3 young staff that waited on us were polite and attentive. We could not fault the food or the service. Well done! As an added bonus it was also dog friendly 😊

The service and food quality at Coolum Coffee Club were disappointing during my recent visit. As a regular patron of Coffee Club, I found that this particular location did not meet the usual standards. The online QR code ordering system was not functioning, and when I approached the counter to place my order, the staff seemed indifferent to the online ordering system. Additionally, they were unhelpful when I had questions about the menu.

The burger I ordered was as hard as a rock, causing discomfort to my gums. To make matters worse, birds were on my table, helping themselves to my food, and the staff did not take any action to address this issue, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy at the time.

Overall, the management of this establishment appears to be lacking, and I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.

The friendliness of the waitress on the till was unexpected and changed my mood on a soaking wet day. Indian young woman looked me in the eye and gave me an enthusiastic "happy rainy day". Makes all the difference to have such great customer service.

The Coffee Club is such a great spot! The food was amazing, and the staff were super friendly and on top of everything.

The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the mango iced matcha. They use syrup instead of real fruit, which kind of takes away from the healthy vibe of matcha. Plus, the syrup was way too sweet for me.

Other than that, the place is really nice, and I love that it’s dog-friendly, that’s a big win in my book. Definitely worth checking out!

I rarely go to Coffee Club in Coolum but my friend and I thought we’d try it as all the other ones closed. Muffins were old and heated so much, they were barely edible. Packet mix tasting also. Smoothies were gross and watery. The manager was extremely rude and although there is in water bowl for dogs, they were not pet friendly. So snobby. Would never go back. Do not recommend. Worst cafe in Coolum.

Went at 4pm to just get a banana milkshake and a ham and cheese croissant. Sign says open until 5pm. Told that they can’t cook anything as the kitchen closes at 4pm. First of all it’s just a toasted croissant. Second there is nowhere saying kitchen closes at 4pm.
Got the “milkshake” anyway. $7.80 for a tiny cup of crushed ice with a little bit of banana and milk in it. Absolutely no flavour. Terrible.
Then my wife tries a coffee at 6:30am. Bad coffee, way too milky. Somebody tries to order breakfast and is told they don’t start cooking until 7am. Sign says open at 6am. Very disappointed.
There is a patisserie just a little up the street that is amazing. Great prices and coffee. I’m doing a review on them as they deserve the ups. Give the Coffee Club a miss in Coolum.

I don't usually go to Coffee Clubs because I don't like franchises and feel like cafes should be independent.

This coffee club, however, is great! The foods always been above expectations and the coffee is quick and good too. The other nice thing is that all the staff I've met here are always friendly and smiling, so that plus the nice open windows and doors and sea breeze make it a little different from the average CC
