Small store at highway service centre, stood waiting to order whilst barista/server made coffee for an awkward amount of time without being spoken too. Ordered, food took 21 mins to arrive, no sorry for how long it took. No music in store, dead quiet and not enjoyable atmosphere. Quality of food was great but overall not enticing me back in a hurry.

Love having the option of a decent cafe at a Highway Rest Stop. So much better choices than fast food and still at a reasonable price. This is always a 'must stop' for us on our QLD road trips.

Sorry today but I just bought a ham & cheese croson and ask for it toasted but you took it out of my sight so I through it to the magpies and when bought another one from the other shop ?

Was on a road trip down south pulled up at Kempsey coffee club said it opens at 6 but left at 10 past and still no one had turned up

Ordered a simple 2 flat whites one on Almond milk.
The man who took my order spoke to the man next to him throughout so was not sure if he was listening (strange exchange).
Coffee was weak and ordinary like the service.
