This cafe has a really good opportunity to be very successful and a nice place to sit pre-flight, however, the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, a simple hello to customers or at least a look that doesn’t scream “i don’t want to be here” would not go astray.

Also, please put prices in the display cabinet, i’m sure I’m not the only one who has been unpleasantly surprised by the high prices.

Next time i’m bringing a packed lunch or stopping somewhere in town where they deserve my custom.

I recently attempted to purchase a coffee at Harvey Bay Coffee, but unfortunately, the staff refused to serve me. When I inquired about the $7 price for a regular coffee ☕️, I encountered a rude and sarcastic response. I'm perplexed about the service quality, and it leaves me questioning the staff's motivation to work there, especially if there's a disdain for making coffee. Who knows if it’s any good I’ll never know it’s not worth the hassle I am never going there again

$8.10 for a coffee is a bit much I think especially when the large is really a medium everywhere else. This is the only cafe’ within this airport so I suppose it’s understandable without any competition around. I wonder what the other prices are for food items. Better get a coffee elsewhere before you travel.

Agree with other comments that prices not shown however i found staff to be friendly and happy to answer qs. Expect air port prices $s. Plastic chairs are a bit uncomfortable though.

Actually good coffee! It’s rare for an airport cafe to have decent coffee and it’s a big thumbs up to Hervey Bay Airport Café.
Coffee is hot, strong and full of flavour (not watered down with milk like many others!)
Only downfall is the price which is exorbitant.. but that’s the norm with airport cafes.
