The brunch here was absolutely delightful! The avocado toast was fresh and creamy, topped with perfectly poached eggs, while the pancakes were fluffy and drizzled with just the right amount of maple syrup. The coffee was rich and aromatic, complementing the meal beautifully. Service was friendly and efficient, and the cozy, sunlit ambiance made it even more enjoyable. The only minor downside was the slightly long wait, but the food quality made it worthwhile. Highly recommend the smoked salmon Benedict—it was flawless! A fantastic spot for a leisurely weekend brunch.

The pancakes require a 20 minute wait and they weren't kidding, but it was oh so worth it. We came back the next day to try other pancake flavors and savory dishes.

🐓Spicy Fried Chicken Mayo Salad (4/5): wasn't spicy from someone who can't take spice very well. The chicken was crispy and the flavors mixed well together
🍤Big Prawn Omelet Croissant (3/5): the wetness of the egg destroyed the crispness of the croissant. The miso aspect was also a little weird, but the prawns were huge and well done.
🍵Matcha Soufflé Pancake (3/5): the matcha flavor wasn't apparent vs the strawberry, would rec other flavors. The cream sauce also was only green in color, missing the matcha flavor.
🍓Strawberry Soufflé Pancake (5/5): holy moly, get this! The accompaniments of the cotton candy, the mascarpone cream sauce and the slight tang of the ice-cream paired so well with the pancake, highly recommend!
🍫Tiramisu Croffle (5/5): this did not take 20 min, I liked this more than the pancakes, it was sweet, crispy, and coffee-foward, would totally get this again. The tim tam bits were a great addition.
☕️Iced Mocha (5/5): Strong in coffee flavor and not sweet at all, it was perfect!

They’re known for their fluffy soufflé pancakes, but their brunch and lunch menu is just as incredible!

🍜 Thaibonara Pasta 19.9$ A creamy fusion twist on carbonara with prawns and a special Thai cream sauce. So rich and flavorful!

🥐 Crab O Crab on Croissant 26.9$ My absolute favorite! Made with crab claw meat, curry scrambled eggs, chili, fried onions, coconut cream sauce, and red chimichurri. Every bite is heavenly!

🍔 The Gang Burger 25.9$ A serious feast with juicy Wagyu beef patty and crispy fried chicken. The perfect combo of crunch and tenderness.

🍵 Matcha Tea Pancake 26.9$ Super fluffy, jiggly, and loaded with matcha goodness—the perfect sweet ending!

this is hands down one of my FAVE cafes in sydney ☕️✨

there are lots of classic brunch dishes here, but done with an asian fusion! you can’t go wrong with any dish you order here - it’s definitely going to be a flavour bomb 🫶

my fave dish was the crab claw croissant! it had scrambled eggs and lots of crab meat, with an herby and tangy tomato dressing that cut through all the richness it was SO GOOD 🥐the fried chicken salad was refreshing, but that chicken on top was SOO CRISPY AND JUICY, defs worth making the salad a lil unhealthy 🤩 the rose pasta was also creamy and flavourful, and they have other ones like a tom yum pasta too 💖

their signature dessert is their french toast! i got the creme brulee one, which came with an amazing custard that had the crispy top, and the bread was so light n fluffy 🍓🍮

their MATCHAS as well - it came in a huge cup and was so nice n strong! the strawberry cream on top added the perf amount of sweetness too 🍵 the vanilla cream latte we got was also the perfect sweet coffee - the sugar rim was also so pretty ☕️✨

i saw lots of people studying here when i came, there’s lots of seating and the cafe itself is beautiful!

Love this spot for brunch! Must order the souffle pancakes, the croissant dishes and the mung burger. They seem to have limited time souffle pancake flavours but we got the o.g. Thai milk tea one. SO GOOD super light and fluffy!

Didn't expect the food to be good. Dined here because my other half wanted a burger and they had a table. The seating is cramped but it's only small. The classic burger was one of the best he's had, the sweet potato fries are gold too. I had the fried chicken salad, looked messy when it came but tht fried chicken was scrumptious and the salad was unique and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Would come back to try the pancakes. Service was slow but it was busy, had to ask for the burger which took a while. You need to order at the counter and they bring the food over. They don't check on you so you have to get your own table water

Nice spot for brunch or lunch in the city!

Located partially inside the Bird’s Nest building, can be nice to sit in one of their outside tables in the sun in winter.

Love their mix of savoury and sweet menu items. Spicy chicken wrap is my fave. Soufflé pancakes can take around 20-25 minutes just because of the way they’re made, however they’re very fun and I enjoyed the tiramisu one. Not like a regular pancake, more eggy tasting.

Drinks are solid, lots of choices like matcha, smoothies, and coffee.

Always a hit with my friends when I bring them here.
