Great location. Our room was spacious, sumptuously decorated and very inviting. Bedding was very clean and comfortable. A lovely boutique historical hotel. Loved the|dark wood, high ceilings, french doors to the balcony and its Victorian-Oriental decoration and art. Loved the shower and generous bathroom size too. Guest information was clear, thoughtful and thorough. The continental breakfast was very enjoyable.

We arrived late in the afternoon and discovered this gem. Boutique little guest house full of history and charm. Clean, excellent service and a lovely breakfast. Comfortable and quiet, Cindy very friendly and helpful. My Mum stayed in a downstairs room which was easy access and easy for her to get around. Highly recommended.

So I'll start with Cindy, |Nothing was a bother...Cindy & I had few chats regarding late night check in, car drop off & some snacks for our arrival. She was accommodating, understanding & helpful. |When we arrived our Loft (#8) was so beautiful... apart from the gorgeous decor & room fittings, there was confetti & balloons. On our table was a wedding card. Our snacks that where in the fridge has been beautifully presented on a platter & was waiting for us in fridge along with our breakfast selection. "Divine" There was also a Cooler on the table with a bottle of cc & a can of Tequila (margarita). ? Clever, thoughtful Cindy had picked up on our drink preferences in one of our chats ❤️ THAT IS HOSPITALITY AT ITS FINEST..||What an incredible day!!|OMG, there's going to be some beautiful photos & the memories made will last forever!!|Thank you so much for taking the end of our already perfect day to the next level.|Didn't have time to take photos ?|See you for our anniversary ?||5 stars is not enough |From the bottom of our hearts? |Love Mr & Mrs Henderson ?

What a fabulous find! Clean and comfortable accommodation. We stayed in the lofts. The house is beautifully decorated. Excellent breakfast on the balcony. Friendly staff. Would stay again. |Could do with some safety strips on the outside stairs near the car spaces but good lighting provided.

A lovely character filled old building in Morpeth, with beautiful rooms. The included continental breakfast was nice, and there are also several cafes on the street. Lots of interesting stores as well. The self-checkin was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. We will stay again next time we are in the area.

Gorgeous historic building with rooms very well appointed. Self checkin was very easy to follow and Cindy went over and above to assist us when we required a date change (had booked through Expedia who were very unhelpful). We wanted for nothing - continental breakfast was fantastic and lots of lovely touches like chocolates and biscuits left in the communal lounge facility. Parking was a little tight.

After a slight glitch at check-in, I should have read the entire text we managed to find our room. This is largely a self service accommodation, only other place like this that we've found is in Sea Lake in Victoria.|The bed was comfortable and we had a balcony room at the front of the premises. Traffic noise stops at a very reasonable hour and the bed was extremely comfortable. Continental breakfast was included and nice to eat on the balcony.|We'd definitely stay here again if visiting Morpeth.

I stayed 6 nights because of a family health issue. I got one of the loft rooms, and couldn’t have been more impressed. Everything you need for an extended stay, and the room was spotless. Great hotel, location and staff. I would definitely recommend.
