The food was lovely and fresh. However, the servings were small. The Lambs fry and bacon should be named as Bacon with side order of lambs fry! The staff are lovely and efficient and meals served quickly.

I wandered in to experience their latte after having one from each of the other cafes in town. I ordered a standard latte. It came out with medium crema, low in bitterness, a savoury, buttery tube with caramel notes. Consistent milk texture to the end. Awesome. On the low (cooler) end of the temperature spectrum.

I had one of the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. It was corned beef and salad. The salad was bursting out of the sandwich and so fresh. Coffee was hot and delicious. It was good value, very clean and friendly country service.

Unfortunately it was understaffed today so our experience reflected on that. Food was good but there were mistakes made. We were refunded for our drinks as the blender broke so not a good experience overall.

For the 3rd time to The Bridge Cafe. I ordered and paid for a coffee and Scone,jam and cream. The coffee came 10 minutes after ordering. The place was not busy by any means but there were dirty plates on 9 tables. My Scone did not arrive at all so I asked where it was, received it 5 minutes later. Never again.

Food smells and tastes like nothing, think thw bread was stale, coffee cold, woman taking orders and serving looks like she's sucking on a lemon. Replacement coffee now hot but tastes like water
Service so bad seen people walk out and others who asked for their orders to become take aways because of the wait, then get up and leave with nothing.

On a roadtrip we thought that we would have a proper coffee in a nice looking establishment. Not many customers so we thought that our order would arrive promptly. Our ham cheese tomato toastie arrived looking as thin as if a b double had squashed it. Without the tomato. Then we waited. Somehow our order got lost. We were offered free cake which was nice. When our coffee came it was not much over lukewarm. Just as well because we could throw it down and get on the highway. Everyone has bad days, but read the other reviews.
