Really convenient location, close to the airport and with shuttle bus service. Lovely newly renovated rooms. Service is fantastic. I have had a few conferences here now and strongly recommend it. The only downside is some aircraft noise, but that is to be expected being close to the airport.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Branksome Hotel and Residences near Sydney Airport, and I can’t speak highly enough about the experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and seamless. Check-in was quick, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome.

The room was impeccably clean, modern, and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette—perfect for both short and extended stays. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest despite being so close to the airport.

This place is a hidden gem and I really didn't want to leave.
The staff are so hospitable and the facilities really good.
The apartments are fully sufficient with washer, dryer and kitchenette with stove and oven.
It has the a great pool for laps, the temperature was perfect and the gym was really well equipped. The sauna was great too. My only negative feedback would be for you to update your website so it reflects how great this place is so others don't miss out!!

Fantastic stay, my flight got delayed due to weather and Qantas got me overnight in this place. The rooms are spacious, pristine clean and modern. The staff was very helpful in sorting the shuttle to airport, is a quick 10min ride to the T1. They offer a late food menu which is great when you get hungry in the night. Very comfortable bed, great water pressure. They have amenities in the room, including coffee and tea to make your own.

Was pleasantly surprised by the service, cleanliness and size of the room! Has a decent size indpre pool and garden plis a sauna and gym and a great restaurant in lobby. Its not right in the city but its close enough and has a strip of shops in walking distance. Very happy woth our stay. If we are ever in Sydney again definitely staying here. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 3 nights, and this was my 3rd time at the hotel. Every time I visit Sydney, I choose to stay here. I had a wonderful time with my mum. excellent service and delicious food. The manager and the entire team are amazing. They handled my issue very promptly and professionally. As a kind gesture, we were offered complimentary food and drinks, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. At check-in, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend this hotel. Love!!!🇳🇵

We recently stayed at the Branksome Hotel and overall, it’s a good place for a short stay. The location is excellent, very close to the airport and conveniently connected to the CBD via the nearby train station. The room was spacious and clean, though the bed was a bit firm for our liking.

Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the customer service. At checkout, we were incorrectly charged an additional fee. We noticed and raised the issue immediately, but the receptionist didn’t know how to handle it. Since we were heading to the airport, I left my contact details for them to follow up after reviewing the error. A week passed with no response, and after several attempts, I finally managed to speak to someone else who confirmed we were charged twice for the room. While I understand the refund process can take time (5–10 business days), what disappointed me was the lack of follow-up or accountability from the hotel. I had to invest significant time resolving something that should have been simple and avoidable.

an excellent choice - good value, walking distance from the domestic airport, spacious clean rooms, ability to open the window/door and get fresh air - essential after a long flight! Food was reasonably priced and though i didn’t use the gym and pool, great to know it is there. Would definitely recommend this hotel
