Walked in on a quiet and rainy Tuesday with a painful shoulder. Did not need to wait for an appointment. The shop smells really good and is clean. The staff are friendly and polite. I paid $55 for 30 minute deep tissue shoulder and back massage. The masseur used oil which is cleaned off at the end with hot towels and care is taken to keep the oil out of your hair. I was asked several times if I was comfortable or needed to adjust which I appreciated. The massage was relaxing and helped to release my shoulder. This shop is not a day spa and as such you can hear other customers coming and going but this did not distract from my experience. This is a professional massage service.

The ‘therapist’ I had didn’t know what she was doing, maybe she’s had some training or maybe she’s very new but it was a waste of money. I asked for a deep tissue massage and there was barely any pressure. She missed big muscle groups and in one place only did one side of my body. I really needed a good therapeutic massage and I just got oil rubbed on my body. She was nice but I definitely wouldn’t go back.

I had knots in my shoulder which was spreading into my neck and back. I made a very last minute booking online with Bodycare Massage Cairns and could go in that very morning! Very friendly staff and wonderful massage. I could feel the tension and knots being removed. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to go again.

I had a lovely 60 minute full-body relaxation massage here. The staff were polite and friendly. Would definitely go again. For people who don't like their feet being massaged, they did a very thorough foot massage as part of the full body massage, so you might want to mention that. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for a lovely time!

I booked 30 minutes reflexology session and only got 20 minutes. After reminding therapist about the start time, she proceeded with oiling my legs again and continuing for another 5 minutes only.
Besides the fact they stole time and money off me the massage was below average.
Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience, highly recommend! One of the lovely staff members accepted a walk-in at 9:30pm on a Monday Night! Above and beyond service! The massage really catered for my specific needs and really left me really relaxed, absolute value for money!
