We attended The Black Tie for the afternoon session a recent Team Building Event. Andrew could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was looked after. The lunch was delicious and the venue well laid out. Both he and his staff are true professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue for any event.

Absolutely disgusted that the 90th Birthday party booked for our Mum today couldn’t go ahead!! This had been booked months in advance, but when today came, he had the day wrong! It wasn’t easy to throw together an event for 80 people in two hours, lucky for this venue we managed it!

We were just married at this venue on the 22/04/2023 and we couldn’t be happier with how everything went! First, the manager (Andrew) was the best to work with – he was easygoing and professional from the start, and made us feel very welcome. You couldn’t ask for a nicer guy to work with. The staff were very nice and polite. The food was awesome the venue itself was beautiful inside area, outside garden area.

Have had only positive experiences in the past, but extremely disappointed this time, to find that after months in planning, numerous phone calls and a face-to-face meeting, our event had not been booked by the manager. It was pure luck that I phoned 2 hours prior to ask a question, to be advised of this - at least he was honest enough to admit fault. We had called 3 days prior, but he had not returned the call. So with such little time, we had to organise an event with guests coming from interstate and all corners of Victoria.
On this occasion, very slack administration that caused undue distress. Be warned.

Absoutely loved this venue. The meal was lovely and definitely filling! The service was great, waiters and waitress always had a smile , The gardens were beautiful! Highly recommend this venue especially if you want to get married !

A group of Local Ladies were treated to an awesome Luncheon at Black Tie on 15Jun ‘21.
Superb plentiful meals, delightful venue, excellent staff and service, all led by the incredible Andrew.
He leaves no stone unturned. Thank you so much. We can't wait to return.

Giving 3 stars simply because the food was average at best.
The venue itself was beautiful and perfect.
If the food didn't let the venue down so much i would be giving 4 stars , the only other thing I would say is that the Carpark needs attention
