The bathroom, shower in particular was one of the best I've had in a hotel. It was a beautiful space, but the water pressure, shower head was amazing! My reservation was last minute, checking in around 4:30am and they were super accommodating and I got all the help I needed. They offered the complimentary late check out and I added another hour for a small fee. Nothing was too much trouble.

The bathroom was beautiful and the room was nice and spacious. Easily fits a family of four in there larger rooms. Area was little weird though but the staff was nice. Entertainment wasn’t that great with limited channels. All in all I highly recommend for others to stay as well!

We stayed here for a total of five days, and it was a truly pleasant and enjoyable experience. The staff, from the front desk to room service and the breakfast buffet team, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made our visit even more memorable. The hotel's location is fantastic, with everything just a few minutes' walk away. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Great hotel! You can tell it’s been newly redecorated. Room was very spacious and felt luxe. The bathroom was very nice and big too. Was quite disappointed that the hotel bar & restaurant was only open two days a week, and not the days I stayed.

The location is excellent, near to the explanade (lagoon & night markets) and shopping malls. It is convenient to have in-door parking at a daily rate of A$25. The room is spacious with mountain view. The hotel pool is small but good for a short swim. The breakfast is sufficient.

Room was lovely and large and well appointed||Comfortable. Air conditioning was great.||Breakfast was good. Bar service was good.||Unfortunately on the last night we had a very loud, drunk group of people on our floor which disrupted our sleep and was a little concerning.

Great hotel to stay, very close to the esplanade. Clean, safe, pool is bug enough for a few swims. || Very friendly and approachable customer service team on the deck. Great options of breakfast, everything very tasty, highly recommend to get it in your stay pack.

Great hotel in a great location. We stayed 3 nights, our terrace room was huge, super comfy and came with free wifi. The hotel appears to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfy.
The location was probably the best aspect, right across the road from Rusty's market and minutes from the Esplanade. We were able to walk to everything within 10 minutes, including the Reef Terminal for our reef tour.
