A disappointing and overpriced experience. The lunch prices are steep, and they charge for every additional item, including $4 for pepper sauce. I ordered the medium scotch fillet, but it came out quite dry, requiring lots of sauce to make it palatable. However, the serving size of the sauce was small and insufficient. When I asked for more, I was charged an additional $4. This is blatant price gouging. Belmore, you can do better.

Great location and venue.
Food is very nice but on the pricey side.
Staff are friendly.
Beer is nice and cold, $8.20 a schooner.
Will pop back in the specials day for some better value.

Rude Bar Sevice and poor response to VIP CARD.

I just returned from your hotel to get my membership card and was disappointed my card was not ready. Your bar staff was rude and disrespectful. When I asked to see the manager, she ignored me. She also stated your hotel had a new system system in place and discounts on drinks are no longer available.

Also, she didn't confirm my free meal or drink as stated on your website. So much for VIP treatment. It is a disgrace that your staff is incompetent and lack customer service.

I will never go there again and will advise all my family and friends never to go there.

Staff were friendly but busy, |Place was clean however furniture was dated, I like the place enough to come back and give it another go. |Got regular sized meals and I wish I had got a bigger meal. |Tried the Hefe craft beer ?, |Very cloudy, worth a try if u like German style biers.

This place was a surprise! This unassuming pub with its traditional exterior in Maitland's main street has never appealed. But I went in today to have a late lunch and what a treat. The interior is calm and modern with a large dining area including a beer garden. The food was excellent. I had a cheese and bacon burger that was wonderful and filling. To the point where I couldn't finish the best fries I've had in a long time (although I gave it a red hot go).
Even the fresh white wine, a Pinot Gris, was on tap. Gotta love it!
It's only one visit, but I will definitely be back, soon!
