We had a lovely casual dinner at this restaurant. The meat was fresh and delicious in the barbecue meal and there was definitely enough food for 2. It was served with rice and a large bowl of crispy cos lettuce which was nice. We ordered the spicy wontons also and they were very yummy. Reasonably priced and friendly service. Hope to be back soon!

I had an amazing experience at The Barbecue Box in Rockhampton! The service was incredibly friendly and fast, making the whole dining experience even better. The kimchi fried rice was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor. The chicken spring rolls were crispy, fresh, and so tasty! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Can't wait to visit again!

Went for lunch as a family, seated right away with a high chair for bub. Drinks were served promptly. Server was amazing and interacted with both my boys constantly, even checking to see if there was anything he could get my 9 mth old and assisting me on picking up his toys. He had genuine conversation with us getting to know us and letting us know him and how he has been going since buying the business.
We ordered the Korean honey butter fried chicken, fried squid and the Korean flavoured barbecue.
All items were amazing. Older boy especially loved the honey chicken. Will probably be begged to go again.

I paid $28.95 for braised pork belly and rice and this is what I got. This was one of only two pieces of pork in the whole dish with a few pieces of boiled potato and sweet potato, very disappointed. It was also dusty/dirty and lacked any atmosphere.

Crispy fried chicken. Not even crispy. Bad advertisement . Not even real chicken. Came in those frozen chicken nugget from Cole’s just mixed with some sauce . Terrible

Delicious. I accidentally stumbled upon this place and glad I did. I ordered the Bi Bim Bap from the rather basic menu. It arrived quickly, topped with a fried egg in a sizzling hot bowl. I enjoyed it very much. It was also a reasonable serving size. Inside was clean & tidy. Staff were very pleasant & attentive. Will certainly return. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
