We just stayed here for one night. Unfortunatly there were bed bugs in the bed, which we notified the owners about. They were really nice about it and gave us another room immediatly. They said that its not bed bugs but ants though (which should also not be in a bed probably). Unfortunatly we also found a bed bug in the second room. Since it was already late evening, we had no choice but stay the night anyways and just hope for the best. Bathrooms and kitchen are clean, the rooms not so much with hair and spots on the sheets in addition to the bugs. As mentioned before, they were really nice about it and if the bed bug problem is fixed im sure its a good place to stay at!

I enjoyed my stay so much.
The hosts Heidi and Peri were lovely, very friendly and provided good service.
I would definitely recommend this place when you are in Townsville
