I’ve been a loyal customer for years, visiting monthly, but my last experience was terrible. I brought friends with me, and the massage I received was the worst I’ve ever had. I was so stressed during the session that I couldn’t even speak.

I called the next day to check if the person was a qualified masseuse. The manager said she was a contractor and would investigate, but it’s been a week, and I’ve heard nothing back, despite following up multiple times. I’m very disappointed with the customer service, especially since I didn’t even ask for compensation.

Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I won’t recommend this place to anyone, despite having had good experiences in the past. It’s a shame that the manager responded so indifferently.

Called tonight for a massage and they were able to get me in on short notice. I would also like to say that it was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. My Masseuse was able to hit most of the knots I had in my shoulders, back and neck and immediately relieve some of the pain I’ve had over the last couple days. The stretches she put me through helped quite a bit. Would recommend to anyone looking for pain relief and will definitely come back anytime I’m in Parramatta.
