Went there for a 130mins package for $189, whole body massage was pretty average to bad, I ask the massage lady don’t use elbow on me, she stop for a bit and back to use elbow again 😢
I received 1 hrs facial massage from my package it was painful, she use scrub to massage my face,it was very rough and pain, the scrub get in to my eyes and lips it was very unprofessional.

I recently visited this massage shop a couple of times, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing on both occasions. The level of service provided did not meet my expectations. One significant issue was the language barrier; the therapist did not understand English, which made it very difficult to communicate my specific needs and preferences. This lack of communication led to a less than satisfactory massage experience.

I believe that addressing this language barrier could greatly improve the service for English-speaking clients. Additionally, ensuring that therapists are trained to understand and respond to client feedback would be beneficial. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this establishment.

The phone lady shut the phone in my face because I said I will call back to confirm how long I want my massage.

The phone lady seems to have anger issues, it looks like she needs a massage to relax a bit

Great service from start to the finish. Though I didn’t catch the therapist’s name; she was highly professional and customized the pressure according to my need. Will go back again. Highly recommended.
