I find all the lovely ladies at Thai Massage North Ipswich are very experienced and professional. They always tend to my needs in regards to the areas I most need attended to and I am always asked what level of pressure I prefer and if during the massage at any stage I am uncomfortable I am asked to please let them know. How is this place 4.8 stars. I just had the worst deep tissue Thai massage by far.

Firstly there was no consultation to where I felt pain or which area I wanted massaged.
The rhythm was fast and rushed. The lady bent my knee and applied force on my foot while I was on my stomach (assuming she wanted to stretch my quads) and popped my ankle. Also, why did the lady extend my legs and arms while applying force on my knee and elbow joints.

I’m certain this lady wasn’t trained.

I just wasted $80 and an hour, I
definitely won’t be coming back.

Avoid if you don’t want to risk getting injured.

No accountability from this business and are liars. They never asked where I felt pain and I didn't say I had shoulder and back pain. The lady just walked in and asked "medium or strong", that's it. 15 years and highly knowledgeable about the human body you say, what a joke. Why would you do a ankle rotation when my knee is bent during a deep tissue massage session? and why go over my knee joints using your elbows? please explain how this benefits the body's function because it certainly didn't help me.
Lastly I didn't get wiped down and just left with massage oil all over my body.

Stay clear from this place.

My partner and I have been coming here for years now, because they are the best. We've been to many massage places while on holidays around Australia and around the world and still have found North Ipswich Thai massage to be the best. Ipswich is so lucky to have the genius and knowledge of Gail and Jin and her well trained staff. I had a knee operation 2 years ago, and Gail and Jin helped to rehabilitate it, and did wonders, also fixing my lower back from years of heavy lifting.
Couldn't recommend them more. 👊😁

Have to say hands down the best massage I have ever received.
Walked in very sore and in a lot of pain. Walked out moving freely and majority of the muscle pain gone.
