Heard about this place on TikTok - had never tried anything of the sort. Staff at Yeerongpilly are super helpful for my first time.
Guided me through each area that I booked, helpful when you don’t know how to use certain equipment. Even stayed with me for my first round at Pools, giving me tips to stick it out during Ice baths.
All in all, highly recommend this Wellness recovery spot. Felt so relaxed at the end of my session. Although it’s communal, it’s so clean just like the photos. I did not feel uncomfortable at all. Everyone is there for one reason - recovery. Not crowded as they space out bookings well.
I’ll definitely be going again and will check out the Mt Gravatt location also. Thank you TH7 Yeerongpilly 👏AMAZING

Michelle and the rest of the team are very welcoming and thorough explaining the protocols. I did 12 sessions of the HBOT and multiple Nordic protocols in a month before climbing a 7000m mountain and it’s the best I’ve felt in years (pain free)
