Room is so clean, spacious and bright. Location is a great walking distance from the beach and shops. I love that it's at the end of a dead end, but you can walk through, meant less traffic. Best bed I've ever had at a hotel. Key was easy access with clear instructions. Wish I could have stayed longer.

This was booked by accident, fortunately, as it turned out to be great value for large studio rooms with small balcony, excellent kitchenette facilities including fridge and complementary juice, btld H2O, milk coffee tea etc and cereal for 2. clean and pleasant decor. Staff are very welcoming and more than willing to assist any needs. Top Value for your dollar. A First Class stay and we'll be back for sure. Many thanks girls.

I recently had three nights in a one bedroom apartment at Sails Terrigal and I found my stay very pleasant. The apartment was well appointed and had all the necessary amenities. Check in Was simple and easy and they apartment was clean and neat and tidy with the basics provided. I found the stuff to be informative, friendly and nothing was a problem.i would consider staying here in the future

Great location! Just a short 5 minute walk to the main strip. Room was very clean and looked very aesthetic! Easy check in and check our process! Contactless which is fantastic for wanting to leave out of reception hours! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location close to beach but away from the Main Street. Very good value for money. Staff quick to respond to pre arrival questions. Reception closed during our weekend staff but staff available on phone. Keys accessible through automated system. Clean comfy room. Balcony was nice addition

Always a pleasure to stay at Sails. The booking process (email & phone) is uncomplicated and staff welcoming. The rooms are always bright, spotless and fresh. So close to the restaurants and beach but so peaceful. Our only suggestion: a non-slip surface and a handrail in the shower.

the room was perfect for the weekend for myself, my daughter and her friend. we were there for the weekend for a figure skating competition held at erina fair so the location was perfect! i was pleasantly surprised at the size & quality of the studio suites - we had one large room with 2 king singles & a sofa bed, and there was still room for a table and chairs, a desk and a kitchenette. and still lots of room! we had everything we needed, the kitchenette was well stocked, juice & milk in the fridge & coffee / cereal for breakfast. the beds were very comfortable with good quality linens and beach towels were also provided. there was a bbq area avail on level 2. plenty of parking and reception & after hours assistance available if required. overall it is a lovely apt complex with nice spacious rooms close to everything (next door to crowne plaza!). thank you & will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed Sails for a 1 night stay. Room spacious and clean. No view of ocean but a very short walk to the shore to enjoy all that Terrigal has to offer
