Hi there. We stayed here around 5 years ago. At the Time the staff were very welcoming and the rooms and grounds were lovely! We had a great time and enjoyed our home made breakfast. I would've preferred the option to eat the the privacy of our room. Apart from that we have nothing but positive feedback. 🙂 A happy couple.

"We offer it but we don't want to do it", should be the motto here, the service is appalling.

Never make a request as it seems like they don't want to provide quality customer service to anyone.

My partner and I have attended many Bed and Breakfast's and have never received the same rude attitude we received here.

At breakfast time we treated to a small menu of only 4 items. When we made the order I asked if I could have a side of bacon but the owner quickly walked away without hearing me. The Eggs Florentine were not as named and were in fact microwaved eggs and cheese in a small pot (no hollandaise sauce). My partner's had microwaved scrambled eggs. When I asked if I could get bacon too the owner got annoyed and we were both given ONE rasher of bacon each AGAIN microwaved. We didn't complain about this when we were asked how it was as we felt the owner would get further annoyed, thus making our stay worse.

Later in the evening I went over to say we were not going to have breakfast the next morning. After knocking on the door the owner came out to which I asked "How're you going?" to which he starred at me blankly. Upon repeating myself he bluntly said "Well what do you want?" in an agitated voice.

Not even any small talk? Wow.... get over yourself mate.

Long story short the accomdation filled with lots of features can't make up for this ignorant behavior.

Don't own a B&B if you don't like customer service.
