Disaster, when I went to work no one sent me a bus ticket they left me in the airport more than 8 hours waiting, no one answered my messages and call, communication 0. They never booked me a bus, SAME THING WHEN I LEFT THE SITE. Went on the bus and had no ticket booking, I had to call the site and book one while the bus lady driver was waiting with ppl on the bus just because management was so irresponsible. Experience was horrible. Never been in a site like this before.

Rooms are ok . the food has vastly improved since my first tour staying there.

The room smelt mouldy. The air conditioning head unit filters were all clogged up with dust.
The bed was comfortable and clean as was the towels etc.
Was woken at 6am by cleaner ( not informed was still in the room) she apologised.

Food is great. Spoiled for choice. Wifi and mobile data reception is terrible. TV reception is poor to non-existent. Could do with smart TV's for casting. Some rooms have kettles, some have a microwave and some have none,so it's a bit inconsistent. Chairs for relaxing outside the room are scares and broken. Be nice to have one in the room too.

24hr bar 2min drive from civeo coppabella does takeaway spirits and beer pre mixed only 😏🤪🤭 a little high on price but a miners hidden jem for the Bowen basin if you need a restock cheers 🍻
