Dropped into Terminus Hotel in Shepparton and it did not disappoint.
The food? Way better than your average pub fare—I had the chicken parmigiana and it was massive, crispy, and loaded with flavour. The staff were friendly without hovering, and the service was quick even though the place was pretty busy. The vibe inside is modern but still has that classic pub feel. Great spot for a meal and a drink—definitely worth a visit if you're in town.

I had my 21st last night and it was incredible.
Everything leading up to my event was seamless and so easy communicating what I wanted.
I held it in their Pippins room and I had lots of feedback from friends and family saying how lovely the place was as well as the beer garden.
Thank you for making my night as stress free as it was!

Ordered 3 entrees for tea tonight. Beer battered onion rings: melted in your mouth, very generous serve.
Arancini balls ,very tasty and well presented, and the calamari was plentiful on the plate. I couldn't finish. Good value for money and very polite staff.

This pub is the worst ever I have been to. All tap beer was flat. Ordered a medium rare porterhouse steak and it came well done and dry. Nachos were just mince meat with no flavour added. Calamari tasted like it was fish bait left out in the sun. Ordered a solo and got given lemonade. Please avoid this place and go some place else.

I was at the termo and it was a lovely summers day. I walked in, parched, and I ran into two of the loveliest bartenders . Jorja and Kobo were so friendly and they looked after us. I’d come back to this pub every time I’m in town.

This place has massively gone down hill since the change of ownership. They don’t know the difference between a white and red wine, they have underaged staking
Orders at the bar but then have to wait for a manager to come serve, which can take ages, the menu has been cut down, the wine was corked and the outdoor area is a mess. We used to Go for a dinner/drink on a Thursday night in summer and it was heaving, we went recently and there was us and two other tables.

The drinks were hot and flat, and the place was not clean. We went to sit outside and all we could smell was sewerage. We didn't stick around for a meal as the smell was so off-putting.
