We needed accommodation for 11 family members to attend a wedding nearby. We booked three apartments, including two 2 bedroom Harbourview apartments. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, the parking was easy, the apartments were very good value for money, clean and roomy. The views were stunning from the harbour views. A very handy location in the city's East end. Close to all amenities. An overall positive stay for everyone involved. Would be happy to stay there again.

Conveniently located close to the beach and ocean pools plus cafes and restaurants. Rooms are clean and very spacious with everything you could ask for. Staff were always welcoming and friendly. Great value for money to stay in the heart of the cbd. Would recommend and stay here again.

Stayed in a compact one bedroom apartment containing kitchenette: small stove, fridge, dishwasher & microwave (which was unreachable - on top of the fridge!) There is also a washing machine & dryer. Bathroom is tiny. Bedroom is off lounge with glass sliding doors.|The view from the wrap around balcony made up for the size. It faced the port & it was delightful watching the ships (mostly cargo) being guided in & out of the port by tugboats.|Staff were very obliging. Position was great. Very close to restaurants & the beach. Security undercover parking next to hotel cost $18 per day & needs to be booked.

The location of these apartments is great. Close to beach, good food options, supermarket, shops and transport. |We loved the view over the harbour where we could sit and watch the cargo ships entering the port. |Not sure if our apartment is a reflection of the others but the apartment we were in was in need of refurbishing and some new furniture.|The lounge was grubby and dirty walls, but the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t like the tight parking garage with one way up and down access with a narrow ramp as you have to be very careful.|Such a shame about the negatives as we loved the location.

Beds very comfortable, shower perfect. View from level 4 at front was fabulous overlooking the Station. Chimes from Customs House Bell tower were a nice addition. Great location for easy access to beach, Honeysuckle boardwalk, restaurants, cafes and Light Rail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Terminus Apartments, they are well appointed and very centrally located. We parked our car and walked everywhere until we checked out. We spoke to Erin on reception who was very helpful and even pointed us in the direction of the best coffee in Newcastle at Moor Cafe.

Booking was so easy with the fabulous and helpful team. We had the best 2b/r apartment (703), so clean and well appointed. The large balcony offered amazing views of the old railway precinct, Hunter River and the huge coal/grain ships arriving and departing. So relaxing. The apartments are located next to the light rail and many great restaurants/cafes are within easy walking distance. Same for beaches.
We will be back, thank you!!

I recently stayed at The Terminus and found it to be perfect for my needs. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I required and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and transport. The waterfront was also just a short stroll away, making those early morning walks incredibly enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the welcome package of treats was a delightful touch. Highly recommended!
