Worst nail salon every time I go in the boss /owner always seems pissed off and irritated I paid $92 to get nails for Xmas after 2 days 2 came off they were extensions with gel and 4 feature nails. When I went back to ask them to glue them back on the owner seemed really pissed off didn’t even apologize
2 days later they came off again once again no apology made me feel really uncomfortable like it was my fault got told to sit and wait .. 10 mins later the owner said something to the nail tech in her own lingo feels like she was bitching about me
The nail tech glued them back on which lasted few days
Not once did anyone apologise to me or even offer a refund . $92 down the drain ! I used to see a nail tech called Ruby who was really nice but she’s left . The owner is not friendly or nice to customers especially if you have to go back to get your shoddy work fixed . I strongly do not recommend this nail shop teconail in westcity Henderson .. the service is discusting and they are rude especially the boss lady who runs the shop
Save your money guys and find a different shop .. it’s still two days till Christmas and now I do not have a full set of nails to show off !!!! If your nail techs are not trained properly they won’t last and it reflects in your work !!!! You guys need to polish your customer service skills because you have none !!!

I don't know why I didn't wear a uniform (maybe she was like a boss) before I painted my nails, but my tone and expression were full of irritation

The boss was still angry and rude when I visited again to fix my nails. I had to wait an hour even though I booked at 10:15

If you're a boss, please pay attention to your facial expressions and tone when responding to customers

But Nhi was very nice when I visited to make a reservation, when she painted my nails,
and also the gel nail on the tip of my nail came off, so she was kind when I called her back and she fixed my nails

she didn't have a previous color, so she recommended a different color, but I like this more

If I visit again next time,
I'm going to ask Nhi for my nails:)

The salon is really nice and clean, and the staff is very nice. They do get busy and tend to get up during your service but they work fast. They did a beautiful job with my nails and the design and had a good experience but it’s now been 3 days and my gel has already chipped.

I've been to these guys twice now. I thought the first go was a complete disaster...I was wrong...today was. Went in for sns soak off and manicure. Had three staff members attend to me, including one who didn't know what to do and I had to show him (which was very hard as he had almost no english). I asked for round nails and ended up with something that resembles a bottle opener...plus they didn't even clean my nails! I uploaded some pictures and I had even removed most of the first from the thumb nail prior to taking the photo. I came very close to just walking out, and now I am actually regretting not doing it.

Got my nails done by the lovely Katie! I can’t tell you how happy I am with them. I’m not normally a nail girly but I thought for my birthday I would treat myself and I’m so glad I did! I’m a real alternative goth style person and naturally halloween is my favourite day of the year. So I got my spooky nails and I’m just so in love with them! Thanks Katie 🥰🥰🖤

This is the only nail place I go to. Have never had a bad experience here! Walked in today with no real idea if what to get and Katie had just hot a new product in so we decided on putting that on and it turned put a million times better than I would have imagined. Thanks so much for great experience everytime I come in

Beatuiful, very clean salon. Staff are very friendly. Katie is AMAZING with design work. Very pleased with the outcome and will 100 be back. I highly recommend katie for any very delicate designs! 🙂
