The staff was excellent. Stayed for 8 nights. Kids had a ball. The pool and toilets were cleaned every day. The only downside was the hot water being repaired for the duration of our stay. The great thing was we had text notifications of the repair times which was great.

Giving this holiday park 5 stars in correlation to price we paid for 2 night cabin stay ($280). We thought this was value for money.
Rooms - air conditioned, clean, TV. A little small but for 2 adults and one baby it was fine. (Noting it would be a tight squeeze for a cot)
- facilities great for kids, jumping balloon was a hit, not a huge fan of an indoor pool in 34 degree hit but understand this would be a hit for the majority of the year.
- great location to walk to town

Friendly and hospitable staff at the Park. They did their best to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Unfortunately there is so much they can do with substandard facilities. Blocked toilets and dump points, power outages in parts of the park, poorly designed streets and camp sites that lack any sort of basic drainage causing flooding on camp sites. Friends had to dig a trench leading to the street to run the water away from their tent and annexe. At $131 per night plus added cost for kids and a pending increase on the base rate of $30 for 2025, let’s be real. This park is leading the race as the most expensive park in the area and a comfortable last in terms of quality. I guess Tasman aren’t too concerned even if occupancy dips to 50% at those rates. Lower wage costs, power and water utilisation down. There are always other victims searching for their next holiday experience. Feel for the management team on site.

Having been a regular at this park for 12 years (with the exception of the past 2), I am really disappointed at the demise of the park and absolutely disgusted at the state of the public facilities. Add to that the exorbitant price that we are paying, and the ridiculous price rise that we have already been informed of, this stay has been a very memorable one for all the wrong reasons. I have to add that the management and maintenance team have been as helpful as possible although you can only polish a turd so much. NEVER coming back.

We spent 17 days at this park - hot water problems for 5 of those day, communication was not kept up daily , they opened ONE ensuite for a completely packed out caravan park many many children and adults. This park Is approx 120 per night give or take depending on dates and then add 10 per child per night- not even a voucher for an ice cream - nothing. The bathrooms themselves were only cleaned once a day - ridiculous for the amount of people there. Women’s cleaned pretty well- mens there was a small amount of blood on a wall the entire time, the urinal stunk and there was a spit at eye level on the urinal the entire time- the manager was tearing her hair out trying to t to hire portable bathrooms etc - Tasman themselves pretty big Australia wide - she seemed not to be supported- the washing machines take 6 one dollar coins - office cannot sell you the coins on card - ridiculous who carries cash around - just want to say the manager was good not wanting to criticise her. The other major detail is the car sites, the rigs are huge these days and the cars that pull them oversized. Many many were half on the road and not fully in their allotted site. When arriving or leaving you had to get the entire street almost to move cars, this should be policed and it was not - we had quests for two hours who had pets- they were very quick to get them out of the park by phone and then personally by buggy. If only they policed the cars the same way- we left early and just got out of our spot with inches to spare, overall packed in like sardines- a bit disappointing.

Disappointed as a first time stay as a family in a cabin. Kids playground closes at 8pm, so after dinner kids can’t play in the playground and the pool also closes at 8pm so even though indoor cannot utilise. Then the wifi, advertised as free wifi - good luck so poor it doesn’t work at all inside the cabins, when we try to use it outside in front of the cabins/ balcony we have 2 bars at a town which has only 4G makes it very hard to do any work download emails and reports. Have complained to the service desk they pretend that it will get fixed and then nothing changes and happens. The rooms are old style, shower is very very slippery so be careful as my young child slipped over lucky not through the glass and the bathroom is squashed for a cabin that sleeps 6 people.

Run down and needing a big refreshment. The photos I saw on the site must have been of the newer ones, as the one I had felt like it had been here for 30 years and was needing major upgrading. Ok the positives, great friendly staff, great facilities on site. But the cabin I was in, 1990 here I come ! old worn tired , holes in curtains, the bathroom didn't have a nice smell, (it actually smelt like a public urnial, I had to keep the door shut at all times...not good at all, the rooms don't have washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers, and its over 200 bucks a night ? It feels like an old caravan , for the price I expected better. Unless you get a new ones I would ask to make sure you cabin is NEW.

Great location but better hope it doesn’t rain , multiple sites under water poor damage eg road higher than sites roads became a river and sites fill up with water , the use of disinfectant is highly suggested for toilets , Wifi it’s for the bin regardless when the park was full or empty , hot water not working for days , power outages, blocked dumping point , washing machine only take coins ,I normally don’t write reviews but if your charging top end rates there’s a bit of work to be done to justify your prices not including the price increase coming…….
