Absolutely Love this little gem. I was staying weekly as I set up my new business. I now stay monthly & it's my home away from home. Staff are super friendly & accommodating. Rooms are always clean. They Have everything i need.

We booked a Superior 2 bedroom cabin for NYE with our family. |We tried to call before arrival to see if we could have an earlier check in. No answer we tried about 10 times. We arrived at 1.30pm to check in. Upon arrival we were told that our cabin won't be ready until after 2pm as they are busy and running behind. They said they'd call us when ready. It got to 3.15 and no phone call, we have 3 kids and had just driven 3 hours. We were also so told that the pool facilities weren't working... so you can imagine it's NYE in 30 degree heat, no check in yet and no pool facilities! We were told we could drive 15min away to use another facilities pool.. not ideal when you don't want to drive anymore during your stay! Finally at 3.30pm when we drove back to check in the cleaner was still in the room and told me the cabin was filthy from previous holiday maker and she was still behind. ||Not ideal. We finally got to check into our cabin (no 16).. well what a let down. It's nothing like the photos, the cabin is old run down, dirty, tiles.chipped cracked, stains on floor and carpet. It was nothing like the photos and to be honest false advertising. |I went back and spoke to reception and they couldn't care less, they wanted out for the afternoon and told me the photos are just like that for advertising, totally false! So be warned and I'll attach photos the Superior cabins are just like the standard ones. The bunk beds are very dangerous for young children to get on and off the ladders. Don't waste your money, better value for money elsewhere! The park itself lacks any real holiday atmosphere and staff couldn't care less!

Ensuite site was clean and tidy. Disappointing but was it backed onto a main road which was very noisy. Park itself is well maintained amd service friendly. A shame about the road noise.

We booked a three day tour to K’Gari and we stayed the day before and the day after the tour in the Tasman caravan park. This was one of the nicest and cleanest caravan parks we’ve been to on our road trip on the entire East Coast. We loved it here!

Poor value, overpriced tiny cabin with basic fitout, beds that are not made up, non soundproof walls, and only one aircon for the entire cabin. For context, we paid $362 per night over the peak holiday season. It's probably worth $180 in reality - basically think basic cabin at caravan park, nothing more.

I wanted to stress that the two-bedroom cabin we stayed in was really really small, and the photos on the website and Booking.com looked a lot bigger, and considering the price we paid, I thought it was also meant to be bigger after seeing the photos online.

The only saving grace was really friendly service at check in. Although I'm not sure if I'm happy to pay $362 a night for a few minutes of encounter with a lovely staff. I am really dreading my second night stay tomorrow and wished I can cancel.

Third time staying at the Tasman, twice in a caravan and this time in a cabin. Everything was clean, the resort itself nicely maintained. The staff very friendly and helpful. The kitchen could have been better equipped... a couple of bowls for fruit salad and a green salad for instance. The old frying pan was replaced which was nice. A few coat hangers would have been useful. A bit far to walk to the beach and probably best to use the car for the supermarket. However, our time spent at the park was completely spoiled by the dog in the caravan next to us who barked non stop at everyone that walked by. Still barking at 9pm. We spoke to the owner of the dog on arrival who said " nothing I can do if he barks at people walking by". This is not good enough as we all pay to have a peaceful holiday. In future we will look for caravan parks that don't have dogs or at least some rules about keeping dogs quiet.

I have stayed here 2 nights with my husband for a whale trip.
They charged me twice for my stay.
1 time via booking.com and the 2nd they charged my creditcard themselves.
It has been 10 months, almost 11, that I am trying to get my money back. Booking tried to help. And they promised booking to send the double charged money back. They did not. Despite all the information they have asked me and I have send this to them. They are not sending my money back.

We are travelling with our small dog and were really appreciative of this pet friendly park. The cabin we stayed in was lovely and cool after a long day of travelling. The only down side was a distinct dampness odour when entering the cabin which could be rectified with some essential oil. It was well equipped with most things we needed and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed some relaxation time in the pool and it’s a nice walk to the beach front & shops.|We originally only booked one night but were offered a second night at a good rate so we took the offer.
