Great little caravan park to stay at prior to boarding the Spirit of Tasmania. Staff were really pleasant to deal with at check-in. Nice camp kitchen, clean toilets and hot showers. Great park for walks just across the road. Will stay here again.

Look the main bedroom is ok but there are cracks in the walls, the fan in bathroom is filthy cleaners have a loose role here lots of hair and filth on bunkbeds. They are Great at service front desk but this place is not worth 140 a night at all more so 90. Not the cleanest place to go to. The underlay had urine stains, the floors ripped not great. Heating not warm enough froze. I definitely would not stay here again.

Lovely stay, great location, dog friendly, helpful and kind staff. Only downside was that it can noisy with weekend events (we stayed while a regatta was on, so lots of secondary age children running around). We saw this as an opportunity to check out the rowing though which turned out to be great. Would highly recommend this caravan park.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tasman Holiday Parks in Geelong, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The amenities were top-notch and catered perfectly to both adults and kids. We were in town for the two-day rodeo, and the park’s location was ideal—just a short drive away from the event. It was the perfect base for our family, allowing us to enjoy the rodeo while also providing a comfortable and fun place to unwind.

The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything we needed for a fantastic stay. From the clean and spacious accommodations to the family-friendly activities available, it truly was a wonderful experience.

I would highly recommend Tasman Holiday Parks Geelong to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable! We can’t wait to return!

Have stayed here twice in a week in different cabins.

Both cabins the cleaning was not up to standard. When contacted the after hours number and complained about the kids finding a pair of socks and dirty knickers in a draw (which our younger put in his mouth). Then making the bottom bunk and found Christmas chocolates under the mattress.

The manager came back and said it’s been busy and the cleaners are under the pump. (Not good enough when you’re paying nearly $900 for 3 nights).

Found hair all over the blankets.

Second cabin walked in and the floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed, ants in the kitchen area.

Jumping pillow advertised but no longer there. (Kids were disappointed).

Top bunk rail is loose and unsafe for children to use.

This place really should be ashamed and needs a good make over to up date cabins and make their staff accountable for their poor hygiene/ cleaning.

Would not recommend to anyone unless you are really desperate for accommodation.

Pre booked stay, powered site, chosen for convenience to Spirit of Tasmania boarding. Unfortunately also weekend of the airshow so park was busy and loud.
Guest noise went well past midnight and started again at 5am. No staff onsite to do anything about it. Ladies amenities were unclean when we checked in and were the same Sunday afternoon so I have to say they weren’t cleaned on either day. Amenities have been poorly renovated with drainage now halfway under the new walls so water pooled everywhere, toilet seat was not attached in one cubicle and not well fitted in others. Door frame doesn’t cover previous position.
Laundry had water pooled on the floor, open but taped electrical and unclean surrounds. Hills hoists are all on a lean.
Caravan parks have two main jobs, decent sites and clean amenities. This didn’t come close to meeting either.
Not a pleasant stay and park has been advised.

What a disgusting place to stay mouldy sheets and pillow slips mould in the bathroom, couch was filthy, for l hadn't been changed on grill still had food on it ,the front curtain was pure filth, we asked for a cleaner to come back in and at least dust as it was putrid, she came in flipped a rag cleaned the bathroom then the toilet then wiped the kitcen bench with the same cloth we went and got bleach and cleaned as much as we could ourselves, we all got gastro anyway including our extended family who visited us on the first night, my brother has cancer and has been violently ill our whole holiday, the manager had an answer for everything nothing was there fault was very rude and had a disgraceful attitude, we were refused cleaned towels at one point as we were there for a week, I could go on and on. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone we most certainly will never be back to this park

We stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin over the long weekend and it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

The cabin was filthy, full of dead bugs, thick layer of dust on each fan (which we cleaned ourselves), kitchen full of ants, bathroom sink clogged, found a dirty fork and rubbish under one of the beds, cushions on couches FILTHY, stains on couch, floors overall dirty with no cleaning supplies like a vacuum to be used. We spent the first day of our holiday cleaning the place up as we had children, including two babies staying in the cabin. Just very disappointed.
