I stayed here only for one night. Check-in was quick and friendly and I could park for free anywhere there was a spot. I was on the first level (there is only ground floor and level 1) with a sea view and a view of the pool. Be aware that access to the first level is via stairs, no lift. I had a queen room, with a little kitchenette, that included a microwave, small fridge, kitchen utensils and a sink. The room was very clean and nicely presented. There is wifi available and access to streaming services on the TV. There is a sliding door to a balcony where you can sit at a table to enjoy the view. The queen bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a shower that was hot with good pressure. The place was very quiet, had an air-conditioner, but I found the overhead fan was enough.||The location is perfect for access to the beach, walks, shopping (Coles and other stores a couple of minutes drive away), eateries (walking distance to the surf club, a restaurant and a takeaway). You are only 20 minutes away from Gladstone and other tourist destinations, like Lake Awoonga and Calliope.||Overall, I really enjoyed my very brief stay here, and would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay, amazing location, beach and shops walking distance. Would definitely stay again. The host was very accommodating and even gave us our room earlier than the normal check in time. Also dog friendly, and the pool was more than adequate. It was very well priced for a public holiday and the rooms were nice. Highly recommend.

Great first stay in Tannum. Room and complex very clean and tidy. Has everythint you need. Location very convenient, so close to the beach you can hear the ocean sounds from your room. Managers very lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be back soon. Thank you again for my lovely relaxing stay.

This is a perfect stopover location. Clean, secure and has a nice ocean breeze. The pool was clear and refreshing. The lady was nice. Price fair. The best thing about it was it’s location near the beach.

Very Clean and comfortable - stayed 10+ days. Owner and staff very friendly and helpful. WIFI worked well. Location is a 1 minute drive to the Tannum Sands beach. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Location could not be better. You can hear and see the sea. The seafront has been enhanced very well and looks great.
The motel pool is well kept and just right if you have small kids (or even large ones!). The room and property is clean and very well maintained.
The owners are welcoming and friendly too.

Great location almost on the beach. Older motel but clean, comfortable and quiet. Kitchen, good shower pressure and undercover parking. There is a guest laundry.|The surf club is a two minute walk away and does a great meal. A five minute walk is the Truffle pig. The prawn pasta was amazing, the coffee not so.
