Great community markets. No overpriced commercial made items, just nice hand made quality things. Also had a few 'garage sale' tables which was fun to browse. Not sure of dates, I was passing and saw it although they pack up at 12 midday. So you would have to get there early.

Scarecrow Festival. Took a group of seniors for a tour of the mountain looking for all the scarecrow displays. We found a few. There was also plenty of other visitors there also. Not a lot of parking for a bus, so most of the sightseeing was from the bus. Had lunch in the gardens. Everything nice and tidy. Next time we might bring a couple of cars so that we are able to park and have a walk around.

Fantastic Anzac day service, attendance over 750 light rain, and 4am. did not deter them. A great "gunfire" was also enjoyed.

Great hall to hire for a sit-down Christmas lunch for up to 100 people with room still for activities. Always clean and everything functioning properly.

Rural hall in the gold coast hinterland reminds me of dance times 30 or more years ago. Facilities are good with excellent outside lighting, clean and structurally good building. Went there for a 21st and thought it was a great venue.
