This place was absolutely disgusting. There was mold all in the bathroom mainly the shower and roof. we put our food in the fridge then the freezer leaked all over our food, we pulled the freezer draw out so get rid of the water and it flooded the fridge. there was yellow gunk in the back of the fridge and yellow dripping down the sides of the wall. the bathroom also had a pipe at the bottom of the sink that was stuffed with wet toilet paper? the shower curtain was yellow at the bottom and a used open soap bar on the top of the shower ledge.

We waiting at reception for 10 minutes when we got there waiting for someone then decided to call 2 numbers on the door only 1 number answered and told us the key was in the door handle already (who knows if someone had gone in there before us seeming the key was left in the door already) i also informed them that another girl was waiting behind us and we found out from her that they texted her telling her what room she was in and that the key was in the handle as well.

After the fridge incident happened i went to tell reception (someone finally came) as this was disgusting and i wanted to get new towels as we had to use all of our towels to clean up the leaking freezer, he came to look at it and seemed confused and didn’t help at all he picked up our dirty towels and because they were so wet they ended up dripping all over the floor when he took it. he brought new towels but didnt apologise or try to compensate us at all.

we ended up calling another hotel and leaving. on the way out i was going to drop the key off at reception (this was about 30 mins after i saw the worker last) and he was no where to be seen so i left the key at reception and left.

This was an absolutely disgusting place, no professionalism and not hygienic at all. would never recommend

Past stays excellent. New owners ? Now it is absolutely disgusting. Dirty , infested with crickets- nesting in couch and in beds. Employee tried brooming them out and spraying chemicals just as i was meant to be heading to bed. What a joke. .....
Only able to reach employee afterfellow tourist told me to go to shop up the rd. 3 ph numbers on motel office door- no answer. Booking .com ignored when they tried to intervene on my behalf. Employ very difficult to understand and refused to put me in touch with owner, saying "he was resting"...
Shocking experience. I slept in my car because the rm was that disgusting.

The place looks out of shape regarding the beautiful surroundings. The room is quite small compared with another same price motel in Eden. The pillows are rough and hard. The toilet / bathroom is ok, not the cleanest but ok. There is a servo few dozen meters down the road. For better restaurants, Ulladulla is about a short drive away.

Do not book here!! We booked a stay here, turned up to be told there was no reservation. The property had cancelled our reservation because they wanted to renovate the room but never contacted us. We were left stranded in a town which had no vacancies and no phone service. It was extremely stressful with the motel staff lying to us about the booking.
DO NOT STAT HERE.

Were staying in the budget motel type accomodation , $100 night on the coast on the weekend!
Sure the place is run down and daggy but the room is very clean and has everything you need. The bed is also clean as are all surfaces. After reading some of these reviews (after booking )I was worried!!
Was a bit disappointed that the pool no longer functioned but I believe the price reflects that. Besides, we're here for the beach .
Nice gardens . Beautiful bird song in the morning from our back balcony.
The guy at reception was lovely....servo and bottle o basically next door .
Owners should probs fix the pool or take the photos off the Web site cos I was a bit devestated to learn it wasn't working . But we're one night into our 2 night stay and I've got to say , I'm finding the place kind of charming. For 100 bucks!!!

Absolutely disgusting…. This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was full of mould, the pillows were rock hard. There was a can of fly spray and a can of pea beau sitting on the bench and there were rat traps around the entrance of the room … The back door was no very secure. My brother and his family also stayed in a room and it was not much better.
