The place is nice and my children enjoyed their play. What I was not impressed with is the fact we waited at the entry for over 5 minutes unattended. There was a person in the service area making things who did not acknowledge me or say anything until I looked directly at her. She continued to make a coffee and we continued to wait at the entrance. Finally someone came to serve us. No mention of sorry to keep you waiting. It would have taken the person in the service area 1 minute to put our transaction through and let us inside the building. Typically if it wasn't a play centre and my children hadn't been promised their first visit here I'd have left and gone somewhere else. No service and no remorse for bad service isn't a place I like to dine at so we went elsewhere for lunch. Would have had some at your venue if they initial welcome was t so awful

Excellent place for the kids however it’s completely uncomfortable for parents if you aren’t attending a party. Nowhere near enough seating to accommodate the number of people attending the play centre. Will be booking a table next time to avoid the discomfort of looking at 10 empty reserved tables 😊

Absolutely loved this center!
Great affordable food, lots to do for the kids, clean facilities and the kids had a blast! Love the larger size of the toddler area, a lot of centers only have a tiny safe space for littles but there was plenty to do even for the smaller bubs which is fantastic!
Maybe a few more staff on to help with the flow of getting in the doors and ordering etc but other than that I can’t fault it!
Highly recommend!!

Red slide is a death wish, so many kids hurt themselves and you can’t even go down with them as a parent.

When I ask a simple question most staff answer with “I don’t know “and leave it as that.

Not much of a play area for toddlers.

The gravy is runny and there is no family dine nights, only drop and dine where children need to be 4 and up and toilet trained. Can’t even stay with them to eat together as a family.

When walking into Tabatinga, you do not realise how good it is until you turn the corner and enter the venue. The colours and atmosphere is fantastic. I just love the disco floor room. The staff are so friendly and chearful. I am very impressed that the play equipment is designed to allow adults to join their children. Not only is this great for when you need to go to your child, but its also fun for the adults and helps create an even better bonding funtime.

A great day in, no matter the weather out. Fantastic centre with activities to tire out the kids. My husband and I take turns joining in the fun and always have a ball. Clean facilities, food service that is quick, friendly staff and coffee I have literally raved about.

We’ve been 3 times and my two year old enjoyed himself so much he now says Tabatinga and asks to go there most mornings. He also asks for the cake from there with great regularity. I have since promised him another visit on Monday and am looking forward to it!

The playground is fun, clean and safe for all ages but the toddler area is the best. I feel completely at ease leaving my little ones in there. Food has been great every time, staff are always friendly and helpful and the little car rides are great fun. My 4 children from 10months - 10 years all love Tabatinga and are always asking to go again. Mr 2 loves it so much he gave the croc a cuddle 😅

We had my sons 6th birthday party at tabatinga Saturday. He had so much fun, so did his friends. Loved the disco dance floor. The young ladies were friendly and did a good job.
The only thing I'd probably prefer is if the kiddies got more time to eat the cake before moving onto the car ride as it just was rushed a little. I would definitely recommend having a party there or even going for a cuppa and play.
