I have been to Meredith for sound healing and Acutonics. She is a wonderful, grounded soul who takes the time to sit, listen and make you feel absolutely taken care of in the most nurturing and supportive way possible. I have also taken my teenage son - who was at first resident to therapy, but he left the room relaxed and relieved. I would give my recommendation to Meredith to anyone I loved and cared for and appreciate everything she does.

Sessions with Meredith are a truly transformational experience. I have been going to her for many years for massage, acutonics, infrared sauna and various group sessions. Her therapies are second to none and she is my absolute favourite practitioner of any place I've received treatment. Every time I attend Synergy, Meredith is highly attuned and responsive to my needs, providing a supportive space for me to unwind, breathe deeply and connect to myself.

As soon as you walk through the doors at Synergy you can feel the calmness and warmth of the space. I live 2.5hrs away and love the authentic and beautiful energy of Meredith and the space she has created at Synergy that I’ll happily continue to travel to attend her day retreats and book in for massages and Acutonics. She is amazingly intuitive, always professional and very caring which makes you feel so good and energised on leaving. A rare gem in rural NSW. Highly recommend a visit.

Very happy I have found this place ! Very calming but also great knowledge about the nervous system, emotions, vagus nerve and how to be calm with the body and mind.
After my relaxing massage, my migraine settled down , body felt more relaxed and less tensed.
I will definitely be coming back .

Went to Meredith as I was in a lot of pain and my body was very twisted and out of alignment. Meredith started gently with acutonics (vibrating forks) as she placed these on different parts of my body I began to relax and start to let go. This combined with massage helped me to release tension and emotional energy stored in my body. The next day I could stand up straight and my pain had significantly diminished. Two days on I am continuing to improve. Just incredible - hard to explain - just go get yourself some!!

I had an acutonics session with Meredith.It was such an amazing experience and I truly feel like she connected with me even before we started. The bowls and tuning forks and then just her own energy were just beyond any other words I can think of! Absolutely amazing, I can’t wait for my next session. She is such a beautiful soul.
