My now husband and I decided very late in the planning of our March wedding (4 days before) that due to wet weather we wanted to hire a 10m x 15m gazebo and flooring for our outdoor ceremony in Denham Court. Ryan & Samantha were amazing to work with and even though they were busy with other events that weekend they fit us in last minute! Samantha made sure that everything was done on the day in the time frame we needed (both set up & pack down were same day!) and even though we got lucky and the weather was beautiful by the time we got to the ceremony, we and our guests were super thankful we weren't walking around with muddy shoes and feet as the wedding continued into the night! Thanks so much to Ryan, Samantha and the Party Hire Team for coming to the rescue for our big day!

My fiancé and I went to Sydney wide Party hire to organise our outdoor diy wedding. We were a bit overwhelmed with the process and so much to organise. Samantha at Sydney wide party hire knows the ins and outs of preparing for events, drawing the layout of the marquee, offering suggestions from lighting to sourcing rustic wooden tables. We appreciate Samantha took the time to help us visualise the layout/decor and made it an enjoyable experience.

Our wedding date is during this second COVID lockdown period and we are unable to have the wedding the way we originally planned. Sydney Wide Party Hire has been very understanding. We won’t hesitate to call Sydney wide part hire for future events

Such a friendly family business, couldn’t recommend them more. So professional and they really go the extra mile for their customers. They provided the most beautiful clear marquee for my wedding with solid hard wood flooring + bar fridges + lighting + chairs and tables etc. They made my wedding day so special and took away any worries I had so I could focus on my day.

This place is great ! They go above and beyond to help out their clients. I spoke with Samantha many times in regard to my booking and she was always very helpful and understanding. Due to covid19 there were many changes and updates needed and it was always an easy process to make the needed changes.

I will be using this company for any future events and will be recommending to family and friends.

Firstly,
I don't think you could ask or better service. It was pouring rain on the day of set up, and Ryan (man in charge) was stuck setting up on his own, due to his co-workers stuck in typical Sydney traffic. Though instead of despairing; Ryan showed excellence when dealt bad cards and continued with his best effort to get the marquee set up. That is how you know this man is passionate about what he does, and you cant ask for better then a man who puts his heart into the work.

Secondly,
The marquee was far beyond what i expected and was the crown jewel of my wedding day. My wedding ceremony was held in at the church i attend in not so good looking part of Campbelltown, but when you walked into that marquee it was like you just opened the wardrobe into narnia and i'm not even kidding lol. The floor boards were so classy and the lanterns were just immaculate; because of Ryan's experience, his advice also helped guide us into the perfect set up, which i think is another testament to his intentions.

I would not hesitate to call Ryan and his team in the case of another event, really awesome work guys.
