Wow I was super impressed apart from a fantastic location the room was so big and spotlessly clean I was in room 208 on the second floor it had a huge bed with crisp white sheets and pillows to match even the room smelt nice and it was nice and bright. The windows were double glazed and so it was so quiet even though it looked out on the street below which was a nice view, Blockout curtains, quiet air con, mini fridge and super fast internet 140mbs. My room had a shared bathroom which was always free and super clean. The staff were lovely always happy I would not hesitate to stay here again

Near major transport hub at Central which makes most places in the city easily accessible. My room was spacious, clean and perfect for my needs. It is not the Ritz but you do get very good value for money accommodation.

Location is nice and convenient which is closed to Central station and a shopping mall nearby. Can visit different spots relatively easy.

The room inside is fine. But the door and wall are definitely thin with really bad sound insulation. As the room is near a shared toilet (used by other room), I can even hear the sound of running water. Its kinda horrible.

My room was disgusting. Air-conditioning did not work after 5 hours of leaving it on the fastest fan setting and leaving it at 21 I decided to open the filters. Please see pictures. Apon taking this down to reception I was greeted with an attitude of what do you want us to do about it. Do not stay here staff and rooms are trash. Location great

Great value for a comfortable modern room with a view! Well, Room 504 did, anyway. A lift. Crisp fit out, particularly loved the bathroom (had my own in my room). Secure key card entry (after 11pm your card allows you into the building).

The location is ideal, located between Railway Square and a shopping mall with a Woolworths. Opposite a McDonalds, KFC and convenience stores.

I got a cheap deal due to booking the night before, but I would definitely try to get in again if the price was similarly cheap. It doesn't have a huge street presence, just a simple glass door, so what you need to know is that it is located next to Bar Broadway, the beautiful art deco pub on the corner and on the opposite side of the street to UTS.

This place has as much charm as prison. The bathrooms were filthy. I found a bloody injection bandaid and hair in the bathroom. The toilet was…definitely used and abused.

The bedrooms aircon smells like mildew and the blankets on the bed is a sheet under a polyester fur couch throw. THE TOWELS PROVIDED HAD HAIR ALL OVER THEM

I stayed a total of one night, and it was one night too many. I was going to just get over the state of this hotel due to the cost, however it was the staff that pushed me to leave a review.

Passive aggressive, grumpy, short tempered and completely unhelpful. KELVIN checked me in and my god…how can someone be so mean straight from the jump? I could physically feel how cold he was.

Location was good as it’s right next to central, but I’d rather eat glass than stay here again.

Location is excellent, dining and transport just outside the door.
Rooms are nothing fancy but comfortable, beds are large and comfortable.
Front desk help was courteous and friendly.
Would definitely stay again next time in Sydney.

The room size is alright but the toilet's cleanliness is horrible. There are a few strands of hair dyed in blond beside the shower. When i pulled the curtain the curtain hook just fell to the next window.
So much for charging RM400 per night. No matter how much they charge, the money is still hard earned by their guests. The guest do deserve reasonable service right?.And they don't care if guests give them a bad review. That is utterly sad. Really don't come to this hotel unless you want to suffer.
