I recently visited the place, and I must say it’s a great spot for a walk or cycle. The full track is 5.5 km, which gives you plenty of space to get a good workout in. It opens at 6:30 am and closes at 7:30 pm, but keep in mind that you can’t enter after 6 pm, although that can vary. It’s a nice, peaceful place to walk with minimal crowds, so it’s perfect if you're looking for some quiet exercise. There’s parking available too. Highly recommend checking out their website to confirm the hours or any potential closures before heading out. Definitely worth a visit!

The Sydney International Regatta Center located in Penrith, NSW Australia. It's the best rowing and kayaking course center in the world, built for the purpose of 2000 Sydney Olympics and Paralympic. The beautiful scenic views of the Regatta river bank there is a 1100 seat Spector Pavilion with multiple meeting and function rooms. This is a well maintained center open to public for various activities including Dragon Boat Race. Also a 5 km path there you can enjoy walking, cycling or running around the picturesque lake. Large toilet facilities and showers available. Spacious parking area and a coffee shop.

Built for 2000 Sydney Olympics, this is a well maintained centre open to public for various activities, including dragon boat race. A lakeside restaurant near the main grandstand is open for dining on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and weekend brunch.

Peaceful, quiet and scenic. Great for a picnic along the water or for a long easy walk. Has many clean toilets and bbq stations as well. Would be amazing for kayaking.

The International Regatta Centre, is a great location for Rowing Races /Regatta’s. There is more than enough space for car parking. Plenty of toilets - restrooms located around the course. Seating is on both sides of the course.
Plenty of cover in the grandstand.
For the competitors, loads of room to unload boats off trailers + to pit tents up. Be prepared for a lot of walking from the car park & to get around .

A beautiful, clean and quite location. Truly "Olympics" class.
Bbq facilities available too. Plenty of parking.
