Watched the Icehouse concert here and the place was beautiful. It was spacious, clean, and modern. Security was great and the staff/usher was very attentive. There were a lot of choices in the dining area of West HQ. Parking was free can accomodate more than a thousand vehicles.

What an incredible theatre! Our team headed here this week for the first time to see the Monkey Baa’s latest show “Possum Magic”. What a wonderful place to see it!

The theatre is spectacular. Fully accessible and you can see the stage from any seat. There are so many choices for food. The bathrooms are super clean.

Parking is easy peasy!

Great venue, awesome lighting, and acoustics. Missy Higgens' 20 years of Sound of White was a great concert.

Large theatre with rising levels of seating so good views. Perfect that there was a nice eatery area after the show. Very nice ambience.

The show organisers could have done better with crowd control. Late ticket checks and entrance and leaving. Unnecessary walking around from one building to another.

Saw “Menopause the Musical” last night - arrived 2 hours before show start to enjoy dinner & cocktails only to find West HQ terribly understaffed - lines up everywhere with Bar in Eat St with only 2 staff on & a queue almost right back to concierge desk at front entrance!!!
Food again a very long wait on buzzer
Very disappointing
A staff member told us they are “ so understaffed it was not funny “
He went on to say “ every dept down to cleaners is understaffed “

Bar in Theatre opened at 6.30pm - 1 hour before show started - again making it unpleasant for queues…. Hence why only 3 stars given overall - this ry needs to be addressed

Show was 5 stars & extremely funny !!!!!

Saw Jonesy and Amanda there (with special guest Marcia Hines). Great theatre. The club itself is huge. Post the show had a flutter on the pokies (they have a huge selection) followed by ice cream in the food court. Well worth a visit.

I drove past entrance 1st time, had to go back on main Rd and turn back, that took up more tine . So slow down as approach entrance to car park. I parked near lift that gave easy access to ground floor where I picked up ticket at reception. Club placed a late- comers ticket aside waiting for their arrival.Huge club, lots eateries. Prepare for lots of walking to Sydney Coliseum Theatre. Great seats in row J. Stage view very clear. Menopause musical was so funny, staff very helpful, seating comfortable, lighting and sound very effective. Club allowed me to use their ph ( comes up unknown number) to contact my friend bc I had no signal on my ph. Security were supportive and so polite. Lovely surroundings for an evening at a theatre. Better than having to drive & Park at CBD Sydney in their squash car parks. Nothing wrong with suporting performing art in Western Suburbs. The more ppl attention the more Art will grow out West?
