Great hotel, close to central station, lots of food options nearby. Customer service was amazing, everyone was friendly & Denis at the check-in went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean & breakfast was great, lots of choices, the hot food was flavored well & varied each day. The mini croissants were also great. It's a good value hotel but it didn't sacrifice quality.

Best thing is the room comfort, with good working AC/heater, hot water, comfy beds, window for natural light, TV and wifi. Convenient location that's near the train, Haymarket and Chinatown. As expected Sydney hotels are pricey, but this is good value for money and affordable compared to others. Overall great, comfy, no fuss stay. Thanks. Highly recommend for families.

We wanted to do a breakfast buffet offer for only 1 day during our multi-stay, because have an itinerary, but was told we can't do that. And walk-in breakfasts are a bit pricey.

The hotel was a good surprise. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very close to central station, paddy's market, Chinatown and other tourist stops within walking distance. Room was a little dated but comfy. Breakfast was very good. Worth choosing hotel for alone. This was a very good find for the location and the price.

An enjoyable stay after arriving from the UK|We were able to check in early which we were very grateful for. |A good location, about 5/10 min walk from central station - a very good train station with good links. |Room was nice and spacious. |The hotel has a gym and swimming pool. Both very small but a useful addition. |A cafe/ restaurant downstairs open all day.|Friendly staff

Came to Sydney to see Vivid and was pleasantly surprised to find that some of Vivid was literally right next to the hotel. ||Super comfy beds and friendly staff. There are only steps at the front but there is signage to indicate the ramp through the car park. ||Was allowed to check-in early for free which is really cool considering most hotels charge a fee. when we went out for vivid It was raining but the hotel provided umbrellas to borrow.

We stayed here twice last month. Location was great, very close to China town and a lot restaurants and supermarket but the hotel located on the quiet side. The room was large and the bed was comfy. Unfortunately, the pool was quite small and only good for children to enjoy. We had problem with duplication of keycard and mixed up of hotel staff to issue keycard for another guest. However, the manager was quick to response and gave us apology. Overall, quite nice place to stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights with friends. We stayed in a twin share room. The room is large with 2 double/queen size beds in the room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room we stayed in had a shower above the bath, which wasn't a problem for me but maybe if you have mobility issues. The buffet breakfast is really good with a variety of hot and cold options - it is very reasonably priced when purchased on check in. The hotel was close to light rail, Paddy's Markets, China Town and Central Station. Would stay here again.

We just stayed again in this hotel. This time 5 nights. We love this hotel though it’s dated, it’s always clean, staffs are nice and helpful, the location is superb and the price is helpful for a family of 5. The only negative thing is the mattress…it’s too soft that I couldn’t sleep much. But the clean room and new towels everyday is refreshing after a day out. We know that a clean room is waiting for us everyday and we appreciate it!. Thank you! We will definitely come back!
