Avoid this place. Wasted money on a sandwhich, breakfast wrap and drinks - overpriced! Worst coffee, sandwhich bread dry and tasted like cardboard. If I had eaten in the terminal I would've asked for a refund but only opened to eat on our flight. My daughter didn't finish the wrap either. The older lady who served me had no personality and couldn't even manage a smile. Best to eat mexican place or juice bar instead.

Terrible coffee. Pretty sure I got a cup of plain milk after ordering a latte. Next to no coffee in my latte. Prices are also very highly. Wouldn’t recommend.

I visited on January 29 and the female staff member serving was incredibly rude, showing no interest in being helpful or welcoming. It wasn’t just me—her dismissive attitude was the same towards other customers I saw her interact with. A simple smile or polite response would have made all the difference.

Staff are friendly but the food is incredibly over priced and bland. I bought a crispy chicken wrap for $15 and it had 0 flavour, was incredibly dry (no mayo or anything) and the chicken tasted like it was made of paper.

I want to thank the staff for their assistance and help ensuring I was able to get a suitable meal with my dietary requirements (especially the lady at the front counter who asked the kitchen team for help). They substituted something with another thing that I was able to eat. This is not easy at an airport cafe where a lot of things are already pre-made.They did a great job and made it very easy. Even better the meal was tasty and healthy.

Almond croissant was very yum. The Chai Latte was the worst I've ever had. Nothing good about their cappuccino either. Drinks were sitting on the counter for a bit without us being called and we had to ask for it.

Food menu hasn’t been available from the bar every time I’ve been over the last few weeks.

Service is slow, unfriendly, boring and obnoxious, considering the price range.

Atmosphere: despite attempts by customers to enjoy themselves by paying top dollar, their experience runs aground on shallow interactions and mediocrity.

What could be great, is poor.
