This “woman” gut out on the food prep bench, no apron, no concept of cross contamination. Rude foul mouthed made the whole experience disgusting. She needs to go or we won’t ever be back… food hygiene is a must not a whatever… this person should not be involved in any food service EVER

Such good coffee!! I like strong coffee and this was strong with my double shot sm flat white! Thank you! Food/wrap was delicious. Staff friendly. Be warned, it does take awhile to get your food/coffee but well worth the wait for us! Nice view too 🙂

Food was good enough, but service was absolutely disappointing. They even have a sign behind the register talking about smiling, but the person at the register today was one of the rudest I’ve deal with. We came from Melbourne and work in the industry so we wanted to support the locals. Anyway, I reckon that is one of the reasons why they’re actually selling the cafe shop, I could not see passion at all.

This place is first class
We were a large group of 6
We received great food with even better service.
I cannot fault this place the food tasted amazing.
The kids had the unicorn thick shake. Wow that thing looked amazing see picture.
We ate pancakes,breakfast bagel, chia latte
Just to name a few all of them were wow.
We will come back here again.
What a little Gem in charters towers.

Don't bother. I went there with my mum for lunch and they had 17 customers (half full) including mum and i, and it took them 30 minutes to serve a burger and open toasted sandwich. I had to wait 10 minutes after her lunch arrived to get my open toasted sandwich, which was cold. Mum's potato wedges were not cooked properly (they were half defrosted and soggy). I don't know how they stay in business. Very disappointing.
