Amazing Park with amazing amenities. The park manager Andrew and his team are extremely friendly and have the park running immaculately. Andrew always has a smile on his face and takes time to chat. I highly recommended Swansea Lakeside Caravan Park to anyone considering going there for a holiday.

An awesome caravan park; neat and tidy, well maintained grounds, even a water park for the kids! Great location for a stay-cation or a holiday that's still close to town. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with our stay, Thank you!

We stayed for two nights on the powered sites 311-310. Sites were very large which was great and somewhat different to other parks which was a nice change. BBQ however was broken near our site and despite been told that it would be looked at, it wasn't during our stay. Pool facilities and water park looks fabulous for young kids. We don't have nay and it was winter so we didn't use them.|Games/library room was closed so could not go in there during our stay which was a shame. |Not sure how often staff clean out the camp kitchen fridge. There was milk and a chicken that had both gone out of date on 16th April 20024 and we were there 22 June!|Two things that are rather annoying is the three different combinations you need for gate, toilets and boomgate. Not such a pain if you have a photo I guess. The times showers were also a little '1984' like. Again, I can sympathise with busy months and having many people there, just a little strange and a bit like staying at a relatives place who doesn't like you using too much hot water!

My recent camping experience with you was less than satisfactory. I made two noise complaints and neither were actioned. This included me calling the after hours number which I rang at 10:30pm Sat night. I then attempted to call back and my calls were not answered. I then rang from my husbands phone and immediately received an answer. I then texted the following
"I rang over 20minutes ago to have the noise addressed. This is beyond ridiculous and I will be escalating this tomorrow with management. I expect the noise complaint addressed immediately. The neighbours tv (footy commentary post game) is still on and they are drinking and talking very loudly. The park has a 10pm lights out policy." The following day when I spoke to the man who said he was a manager he said 'Oh, it was you that complained', he then suggested the noise policy was 'loose' on weekends and that I should have addressed the noise issue myself. Being in a tent with two young children I don't think it appropriate to face a group of very intoxicated 50+ year olds at 11pm. He offered no solution or apology. The other complaint was in regards to the proximity of another families tent where the father had a SEVERE snoring problem (his own family including his 7 & 8 year old daughters had earplugs-we could hear them screaming for them the forst night beofre they went to bed), yet he chose to pitch his tent approximately 1.5m from ours. Again, I complained to the girls in office and was assured someone from management would ask them to move to the other end of their site yet nothing happened. I am beyond exhausted after my stay, it didn't feel like a relaxing nature immersion but a bogan fueled sleep deprived haze. I don't believe I will be back and I will be making sure my review is available for all future patrons to see. What a disappointment.

Due to the sudden passing of one of our family members we had to quickly make arrangements for us to stay close to where the funeral was arranged.What can I say but thank you all involved so much for your kindness and going above and beyond to accommodate our family needs.

Stayed in our caravan, toilets and showers clean and modern, sites large and well kept, Outlook over Lake macquarie lovely, great watermark and playground for kids, bbq's and tables, concrete slabs, ensuite sites, most importantly very helpful and friendly staff. We WILL revisit.

Great caravan park, took our own van for a week. The kids and us had a fantastic time on the water slides and in the pool. Lake meters from our site and was a great alternative to the pool. There was also a ninja park, tennis court, putt putt, basketball court etc. We will be back!

Our large family stayed in this park over the weekend. Some members got cabins and others set up tents. This park is absolutely amazing. On most days we all just did our own thing and nobody was worried or bothered where anyone else was. There were so many activities to choose from like tennis, putt putt, water park, basketball court, exercise equipment, BBQs and eating areas, powered cites with wifi, clean toilets and showers and shops just around the corner for anything you needed. This is now one of our favourite family holidays and we will be back again. The park has an outstanding level of service and attention to detail. Would highly recommend this to everyone!
